Be interesting to see what sides do with the kick off rule. You could just go straight back to your keeper.
I thought the first half was a typical story of us not taking our chances and ending up behind. At times it was poor because we tried to find the extra pass when it wasn’t needed and once they went ahead they sat further back.
We should have made at least one change at half time I thought, but they started the second half far better than we did and deserved the second goal. They could even have had another two I think with one cleared and the chance from Dack (best player on the park) when he went round Jussi.
Once we made the changes we upped the tempo (which we needed to) and they struggled to handle us at times. I think most teams would if we played that all the time but physically we can’t so we need to find other ways to get control and that is through possession in Gary’s eyes.
I think it’s more a switch from 3511 to 343. Jacobs, Grigg and Hiwula were the front three but Hiwula and Jacobs as the wide men have licence to roam. Grigg doesn’t need to hold the ball up as often then and he thrives on it. You could even call it a 3421 formation I suppose as Grigg is still the middle man.
It’s all about how you read each players role and in this day and age the position isn’t as static as it once was.
Either way, it was a great comeback and a much needed 3 points.
Caldwell said he was going to keep a winning side but of late he’s been making plenty changes which as we know from previous seasons doesn’t seem to work.

Shocked we still have him really. Made one mistake in his run in the side and was cast aside. Carson and Ali were shite at times.
Should have been given the number 1 shirt as soon as we left the prem for me.
