          Weren’t we meant to roll over and die against the Mancs a couple of seasons ago? Seem to remember us giving it a real go and being on top in the game when Bennett bottled sending off Scholes

          Just about to say the same. Then last year it we led 1-0 with 20 mins to go.

            I love Cardiff as a place and have never been to their new ground, but I don’t want a Welsh team in the English Premier League (same way I don’t want a Scottish team in)

            Blackpool or Forest would be good for days out on the train.

              In 1999 just a week after an amazing Auto Windscreens Shield Final win over Millwall and a midweek stuffing of Reading 4-1 we entertained Lincoln City at Springfield Park to win for the third time in seven days. Colin Greenall, Andy Liddell and Carl Bradshaw scored in the 3-1 win.

              That was an awesome end to a season. Shame we were robbed at Maine Rd and denied another trip to Wembley.

                        We need a left back, right back, and 2 goal scorers. Add to that replacements for whichever starters go.

                        Next season I would want a starting lineup something like:

                        Kirkland

                        Boyce/New signing – Caldwell – Bramble – New signing

                        N’Zogbia/replacement – McCarthy – Diame – Watson – Moses

                        Target Man/goalscorer

                              Dont understand why people can’t just support their home team. I admitt to having a chelsea top aswell as many others but they are only for when I play football (training etc) and do not support or even like them in any way at all. I don’t have a Utd top btw :D

                              I’m the same I have a number of different shirts, but there are quite a few ppl in Wigan who support Chelsea.
