We are not dead yet; so get your tiocket to West Brom and let’s get behind the team FFS !
Only ticket Bickymon will get is the bus ticket on the 658 to last orders
I been worried all season,we cant kill teams of, Q P R game did us.
Nowt do with 30 odd other games then
It dont look good, when you cant ake points of teams at the bottom, but with a player less, end of the day the table dont lie does it.
Indeed it doesn’t but the plain and simple fact is you can’t blame one game for the whole season imo
Wheres those violin guys from the titanic. Think we need them now.
Keep the faith, the Iceberg has not been spotted yet !
Maybe it’s Sunderland that hit the Iceberg and sink like a stone, after all the euphoria of the launch of Di Canio. Could be another Titanic epic !
Obviously we must get three points on Saturday and against Swansea on Tuesday but Newcastle have conceded nine in two games Sunderland get Tonked by Villa I would say the tension in the North East would be unbelievable if we get those wins
and when the dust settles it will ne the QPR game above all others that will have cost us…..still there’ll be a nice Wembley send off party
As I have said on another thread it hasn’t nothing to do with the QPR game it was the 30 odd previous games where points could have been taken

fatty dowd
It nearly happened against Southampton at the DW only a reflex save from Ali prevented it going in
Although Jordi had a good game yesterday he was lucky not to get sent off after a incident all too similer to Zamora against us at Loftus road
Amazing that in one of the most if not the most important periods in our Premier League history the same tired faces feel the need to take one line out of context and put a negative spin on what is a fair comment by a manager who has been loyal to the Wigan Athletic cause to no end.We have already qualified for Europe, we are potentially 90 minutes away from winning the FA Cup and we are by absolutely no means relegated and have everything left to play for.
I feel sorry for people who cant get behind their team in such a situation.

It’s good that Martinez has a choice of keepers. Either can do a respectable job. I too think Al Habsi will come back for the final. The question now is Who will replace Figueroa?
Martinez could play three at the back with Boyce, Scharner and Caldwell – or perhaps Golobart when he returns. Stam could come in at Right Wing Back.
Or he could play two full backs, as he did yesterday. He ended with Stam and Beausejour – with Boyce and Scharner in the centre. Boyce is a more natural right back, but we seem short of options at left back.
Our choices are limited. I don’t see Beausejour as a left back, and I’m not sure that Stam and McManaman would make a good pair on the right, though they both turned in good performances yesterday.
Really gutted for Figs but next week we have to put up with the dangerous Lakaku or whatever his name is he has pace and strong as a ox would Golabat be a better choice than Caldwell or will GC’s experience tilt it in his favour Bobby this could be the most important decision of the season so far
let’s look at the whole statement not a selected line Yosser
ROBERTO Martinez believes it is better for his side to be involved in a relegation dog fight than have nothing to play for.
Wigan face Tottenham Hotspur today aiming to snatch three vital points in the hunt to avoid relegation and follow on from two successive home victories against Newcastle and Norwich.
“I don’t see it as a relegation fight, I see it as the ending of the season. It does not matter if you’re trying to win the title, get in the top four or fighting relegation, the pressure is the exact same,” Martinez told the Evening Post.
“But if you ask me ‘do you prefer to go into the final five games with everything to play for or have a relaxing time?’ I prefer to have the meaning in these games, it is where you get tested as a team as players and that is where you can improve as a football club.
“Football people do not want to go through games where they are thinking about booking their holidays. That is not competition, that is going through the motions. Football people want to be involved in major games.”

I shall be drinking as I do for a home match three pints and that’s it any more it’s toilet time and miss the action
Tomasz Repka. The first time we played West Ham away in the Championship and lost 4-0 whilst having Matt Jackson and Lee McCulloch sent off, this top hat got away with absolute murder and somehow only got booked. He then had the nerve to take a 20/30 yard de-tour when being brought off to shake the hand of the referee. Obviously that move went down incredibly well with the Wigan following.
Yea I was at that game got in ground 15 minutes late and West Ham 2-0 up
