   For a man who has never lost an argument/debate in the whole of his human life, is doing well at losing debates/arguments with me every time he gets in them, and then after trying to one over me and failing and I prove him wrong he hides his head then comes out with, ‘I’ve never lost an argument in my life’ , To which I know is false as he loses them a lot to me, though I would let you all know this and Griff, Why will you no longer respond to me, is it solely because I contantly beat you in arguments and you feel bad about it or just because you dont want others to know?
James C  I dont think fans of Aston Villa, Chelsea,Fulham, Birmingham,Man City etc would agree with you
Owd on a bit Hindley Blue,£50million wage bill were,s that figure come from!.
Being in the Premiership we get about £40m then you get money for being on T.V. increased sponsorship, corporate and all the other trappings that come with top flight football. Also we have to take into account all the money we make from player sales which is huge.
When the break down of all Premier League clubs finances was done nearly 90% of our income went on wages so do the math!!!!!!![/quote] march 2009Accounts released this week covering the period to May 31, 2008, show a 60 per cent ncrease in turnover to £42.8m (2007: 26.9m), mainly due to an increase in revenue from television fees which more than doubled to £15.5m.
However, the club’s pre-tax losses increased by 37 per cent to £11.2m (2007: £8.3m). Lower ticket prices meant Wigan lost £700,000 in season ticket revenue. New signings and an increase in spending to keep current players at the club saw the wage bill rise by £10.8m to £38.3m
But he does have a valid point to be fair.
LODGER,S OWT  There cant be much in it,Celtic wanted cash up front for Scott McDonald.Bobby replied were not in a position to do that

Looks like Matty Friatt and Scott McDonald are the early targets…. Friatt is already talking, McDonald is deciding whether he wants to leave Scotland or not (the country not the player, as far as I know they have never been an item). As regards Scott MacDonald its saying int papers he require,s a hernia operation. If its true ? and Australia in The World Cup in June not an option imo :|
