Finally someone on my wave length…………..the prem is not all it’s cracked up to be… over-hyped by sky and the national media. it’s all an illusion created by whoppers in suit’s who know very little about the game.
as i said, 5 years and the bundesliga will be the top league in europe along with la liga…………….
and let’s be honest, with all the stick we get off opposition fans (usually southerners) who have bought into this sky generated, false money greed league bollox….i for one can’t wait to see their sunbed tanned, x-factor style faces on SSN when the prem implodes!!!!!!!

Exactly. And lets be honest, 8 out of 10 games are mediocre affairs. Most of the talk is about controversies…..offside goals. ref decisions, etc etc.

I think so.
The premier league is sky’s crown jewels…….they will publicize it to death…….the slightest little bit of controversy and they spend the whole week “analyzing” a tackle or a hand ball (top5 clubs)…..match changing decisions against us smaller teams, go unnoticed.
the prem at the minute is the 3rd league in europe for me….don’t let sky megalomaniac corp brainwash you otherwise……it’s dire and up it’s own arris, shallow, plastic and completely out of touch with reality

However, there is only so far you can go to ‘fix’ football….hence why Hitler wasn’t especially keen on the game.

Whether it’s the 1st or 10th league in Europe in terms of player quality, it’s still the 1st league in the world in terms of popularity –so there will always be investors.
The only league that could ever have a chance of competing is La Liga, but only two teams generate any interest.
