Bad news for Arsene – Roberto has taken Everton into the fourth place for the Champions League.

Good news for Arsene – you could still win a place in the Europa Cup.

Catch up Barnsley, that was a day and a half ago. Have you been stuck in the roadworks on the M6?

Me thinks Barnsley was more likely to be sat at home watching Sunderland Vs Everton.
Anyway, has Roberto’s luck finally run out tonight ?

I’ve been enjoying the scenery in leafy south London.

Well, it’s been a very good few days for Arsenal. Arsene Wenger may still be their manager next season.

Roberto rested McCarthy – and look what happened.

Let’s hope we get back on track on Friday. I’d like to finish in the top four.

One man doesn’t make a team, or does he ? On the flip side I think we are better off without McCarthy; it has allowed McArthur to take a better hold of the game.

You’re happy without McCarthy; Roberto is happy to have him. So you’re both happy!

McArthur didn’t make much progress under Coyle. It’s Rosler who has asked more of him – and received it too.

Roberto has built his Everton team around the partnership of Barry and McCarthy. He broke this up for the visit of Palace – possibly to rest McCarthy, possibly to give Everton more personnel going forward.

For once, Roberto’s tactics played into the hands of the opposition. Barry and Barkley were no match for the powerful counter attacks of Puncheon and Bolasie. Palace, with their well-drilled defence, deserved their victory.

Still, Roberto’s challenging for a place in the top four, not the bottom four. He may make a successful football manager yet.

I’m really looking forward to tomorrows game.

I just hope they take Utd apart like they did Arsenal.

Me too. I have Lukaku in my fantasy team so I hope he scores. But I also have Evra in defence, so he really needs to score at least 2.

I don’t have a fantasy team any more.

I have brought the careers of too many players to a premature end.

Everton beat Manchester United with ease and complete the double over United for the first time since 1969/70.

Defeat at Everton was more than United could bear.

There’s a vacancy for a promising young manager at Old Trafford.

I wonder if after this game, like at Everton last season, Roberto turned to Graeme Jones in the dressing room and once again said “We’ll that’s the best job interview we could have had” ??? ;)

Out of serious interest does anyone believe he could do a job at MUFC, or is it a step too far at this moment in time.
