Love Spanish ommlettes and naked Spanish women.
I suspect they wouldn’t reckon too much of you, though.
Not much changes in a week or so away from here. You’re still talking shite and floundering every time someone tries to put a reasoned argument to you.
Hen-pecked husbands and naked Spanish women? Really?[/quote]
Oh I see your back you numpty, been on another meltdown?
You’re the new Dave from Skem only balder and mentally thicker. I see you seem to think you’re good at knowing what a woman likes in a man.
Now I’m not being funny you wazuk, but that’s camper than writing childrens books. Perhaps this weeks five 4 Friday malarkey could be about your 5 most dishiest men in the world.
Anyway, I’ve got the only woman I need, I put a ring on her finger over 30 years ago. Now fek orf to whence you came and carry on your meltdown with LMB. :P
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!12 May 2014 at 10:52 pm #130942Now I’m not being funny…You’re not wrong there

Ten things we learned from 2013/14 season.
No 8 is a good one.

That can’t be right, the Cockney Latic Brains Trust says otherwise

Some people recognised Roberto’s qualities while he was here.
Some have been converted this season.
Those in denial can be found on this thread.
13 May 2014 at 5:31 pm #131044I for one was always an admirer of his qualities & what he was trying to do during his time at wigan. It was the manner in the way he left that turned love into hate.
13 May 2014 at 7:32 pm #131057There are people who appreciated his qualities and understood that he would inevitably leave for a bigger club. Indeed, he had already turned down offers from Aston Villa (2011) and Liverpool (2012). His departure for Everton was hardly a surprise.
There are people who appreciated his qualities but resented his departure after he had won the cup but suffered relegation, although he had turned down the offers from Villa and Liverpool to stay two more years.
Then there are the so-called football fans who failed to recognise his qualities at Wigan and predicted failure for him at Everton. They belittled his achievements when he was here and obstinately refuse to give him any credit for his work at Everton.
Rosler too will leave one day. If he is sacked – for failure – he will be the subject of abuse. If he is successful and leaves for a bigger club, then again he will be the subject of abuse. He can’t win.
Thank you, LHL. It’s been a very revealing thread.
And talking of Old Boys, good luck to Steve Bruce – and Maynor Figueroa – in the Cup Final. It will be hard work though. Arsenal have recovered strongly since they struggled to beat us in the semi-final. Meanwhile, Hull have relaxed in the league and may find it difficult to find their best form in the final. My prediction – for what it’s worth – Arsenal 2 Hull 0.

So; How long before bottom four Bob has Everton at the wrong end of the table; I think his bubble will burst next season, unless he jumps ship again !
13 May 2014 at 9:30 pm #131069Surely you mean before he improves himself.
Swansea, Wigan, Everton……..
Bridgie.

But only if rosler were to relegate us then jump ship at the first chance. I’ve said this before & i’ll say it again. Had we have stayed up last season & roberto decided that was as far as he could take us,i would not have had a problem with him leaving for a bigger & better club.
14 May 2014 at 3:46 am #131094So; How long before bottom four Bob has Everton at the wrong end of the table; I think his bubble will burst next season, unless he jumps ship again !Oh Alastair! Have you no shame?
Anyway, I’ve got bigger things to worry about. It seems we won’t be going to Barnsley next season.
Que sera, sera.

Yes you’d better change your tag; could be “were going to Nob End” !
14 May 2014 at 2:34 pm #131114RM wasn’t offered a job at Liverpool, it would appear to be a popular misconception that he was!
14 May 2014 at 3:44 pm #131117RM wasn’t offered a job at Liverpool, it would appear to be a popular misconception that he was!How do you know he wasn’t?
14 May 2014 at 3:46 pm #131118Let’s say that Martinez was in talks with Liverpool after they sacked Kenny Dalglish in May 2012. I wasn’t there – perhaps they just discussed the weather. Dave Whelan, who is closer to Martinez than most, believes that Liverpool did make him an offer.
25 May 2012 “He had a meeting on Thursday with the owner of Liverpool in Miami,” Whelan told BBC Sport. “I think they have made some kind of offer. They will speak again on Tuesday. I’ve said I want a decision by Thursday.”
Martinez turned down Aston Villa in 2011. Whatever was said by Liverpool in 2012, Martinez remained with Wigan for another season, winning the FA Cup but suffering relegation three days later.
After four years at Wigan, he moved to Everton in 2013, earning the soubriquet of Spanish Judas tvvat on this board.
We’re not going to Barnsley, Burnley, Hull City or Highbury. This is more difficult than I thought. Perhaps Preston will come through the play-offs, then it could be We’re going to PNE. Que sera, sera.
