Its 5 mill for the stadium and training ground and £1 for the club so the price wont change and admin will carry on selling players without changing their asking price.
Yes in theory it’s a pound plus all debts which is a bill and the £5 million EFL bond. A bond that might have saved us in the first place from the drop and all this but those fcukin idiots decided now’s a good time.
And the £5 million for the ground ?, what do you actually get ?, I can imagine there’s a 1000 n 1 clauses and covenant’s that make you no more than a £5 million tenant yourself.I think we better get ready for the phoenix from the fire.

What I dont understand is if these Americans are worth billions, handing over £4 or £5 million is like the majority of us handing over £50. It is peanuts to them. This isnt just a football club. It isnt just a business. It is part of the community & has been for a very long time. Whether you are light side or dark side, it is OUR community. It is this that I feel is the more soul destroying. Not being part of that community anymore.

I’ve heard that Smurthwaite is a friend of the administrators. I hope they havent given the nod to him from what I’ve heard about him.
