Their income will have paid wages allowing the admins to sell things off to cover the debts.

My whole point is,
No matter who would have taken over Euxton would have always been sold on simply to pay bills regardless of who took over.Admins refusal to listen to buyers who mentioned selling Euxton will have no doubt cost us dearly.
