21 September 2015 at 2:03 am #144851In fairness I’m always getting mixed with the Caen players A.Delores and Jeff Lewis
21 September 2015 at 4:23 pm #144855Have to change my flashscores app ….awarded it to Delort Sat night….Still played the full 94 mins so must be doing something right. We doing ok ,hang on to the top 6 coat tails for now then push on when we start to gel.
21 September 2015 at 4:46 pm #144856In fairness it was a great strike by Delores which came back off the post for the lad Jeff to knock in
22 September 2015 at 1:51 am #144861Dress it up how Ya want. Was still wank for us!
22 September 2015 at 1:44 pm #144871Nothing to dress up, just like to know how that is your take on it when these are the facts.
He made 4 starts for us (11 appearances), his first v Blackburn being a great effort, despite us losing (Ramis ballooned a pen and we played great for an hour) 2 of his starts we drew (in a season of defeats)and the other we lost v Ipswich. He actually only played 432 minutes for us and our inept manager.
He now plays for the current 4th place club in France’s top league has made 6 starts, played 540 minutes and has scored 2 goals, one a screamer v Marseille and set up the winner at the weekend with a great effort back off the post.
All it shows is our past manager(s)couldn’t manage a bonfire in a wood yard.
23 September 2015 at 12:41 am #144879It’s my take on it because 2 goals in almost a 1000 minutes of football (as you point out) for a striker is poor. He also contributed nothing outside of the area, was weak as piss, struggled with the pace of the game and couldn’t trap a bag of cement in the limited time he had with us. Still. Let’s just pretend he was a bloody world beater who would have taken the league by storm!
23 September 2015 at 1:04 am #144880And to underline the fact that the league the superstars Tavs and Wags play in is non league standard tonight they are getting a beating at home against the might of St Johnstone who average just over 2000 fans. What a step up!
23 September 2015 at 3:24 am #144883As St Johnstone’s work-rate dropped, Rangers found greater purpose. Nathan Oduwa skipped in from the left, past two defenders, then skelped a shot off the crossbar. Tavernier then did the same on the right, but finished by rifling the ball high into the net.
This was a reminder of the tactical and organisational nous of Wright and the extent of the work that remains to be done by Warburton. Rangers have not met a side of this hardiness or cleverness in the Championship and the hosts ran aground.
23 September 2015 at 3:48 pm #144887The general consensus from Rangers fans I know is that Tavernier is a fantastic player who’ll do well in the SPL if they get promoted, but Waghorn needs too many chances before he converts one – so basically, he’s decent but not brilliant.

Be interesting to see if Wags makes the team in the SPL.
24 September 2015 at 4:21 am #144892From what I saw of Tav for us I thought he was decent!

Must get some chances that Waghorn like.

Still didn’t do out for us. Lets put it all into perspective, Waghorn’s Rolex watch cost more than the entire Greenock Morton team.
The only thing his current form is proving to me, is that the Scottish Championship is utter tosh and that both Waghorn and Tavernier have found their level.
You can’t knock um for that, so good luck to the lads. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!27 September 2015 at 7:21 pm #144943if they still do well in the Scottish Premiership it will be that league is shite too.
shame the way it ended for a lot of our talent but at least in the main they’re answering their critics
