It’s time for Paul Cook to leave the club before it gets any worse.
Losing to a shockingly bad Ipswich is the last straw for me. If you can’t at least get a point there you’ve no chance at far better clubs
The Championship is a level too far for him.15 December 2018 at 9:09 pm #174026Oh dear.
For a moment I thought you were saying that it was time for negative posters who leap in when things go wrong, to go.
How wrong I was.15 December 2018 at 9:12 pm #174027A bit harsh but there has been too much inconsistency in tactics, team selections etc. Too much swapping and changing and above all some atrociously poor signings.
In fact everything Yootha, Caldwell, McKay and Rosler did and rolled into one.
Injuries havnt been kind at all but not having adequate cover for those injuries is just not good enough. However we need to stick with Cooky through the rough and hopefully we can just stay up.
Just hope we can just survive now15 December 2018 at 9:14 pm #174029…… and hopefully we can just stay up.
Just hope we can just survive nowThat’s always been the objective.
We have been hit by injuries and hopefully we will gather up enough points to keep us up.15 December 2018 at 9:18 pm #174031I think some of the players aren’t up to this league, roll on January let’s get some new faces in and push on second half of the season.

The Championship is a level too far for him.Get a grip please….
Yes the away form has been baffling, frustrating, shocking at times…BUT
This season was always going to be about surviving after the yo yo’s of recent times. If you’d offered me 16th place after 22 games at the start of the season I would have taken it like a shot B)
We’ll be reet this season…in Cook we trust :woohoo:
15 December 2018 at 9:25 pm #174033The manager isn’t learning by his mistakes.january it may bite him on his arse. Excuse s.all the time we get beat by bottom of the league team..
15 December 2018 at 9:30 pm #174034The problem is that some people think we are bigger and better than we are.
We will struggle massively this season and the sole aim will be to survive whether that is in 1st place or 21st place.
As usual though, we win and Cook is a genius. We lose and he’s out of his depth.

Looking back to August personally I thought we had adequate cover in all areas apart from left back but but nobody could have ever have forecast our luck with injuries this season.15 December 2018 at 9:31 pm #174036The manager isn’t learning by his mistakes.january it may bite him on his arse. Excuse s.all the time we get beat by bottom of the league team..What mistakes did he make today?
It seemed to me like we were well on top and got hit by a sucker punch.
How is that Cook’s fault?15 December 2018 at 9:32 pm #174038Or all the other brain farts we have had this season?
15 December 2018 at 9:33 pm #174039Ipswich have 1 other home win this season….against the league leaders.
15 December 2018 at 9:45 pm #174040Do you think the new owners will want to invest in Cooks choice of player come January and end up in Division 1 some of you would like to think they will but the facts are, thier business men this won’t happen.
The rumours were flying around even before today’s game regarding Cooks future. Simple as he brought in a fair few players and non are up for the Championship.
Sorry to upset the Elton John rose tinted glass crew but he’ll be gone pretty soon.15 December 2018 at 9:54 pm #174041Don’t know if it’s time to go but it was a rubbish result
15 December 2018 at 9:58 pm #174043If he goes …… who is in the wings to replace him?
Lost to Ipswich but had good wins against Stoke and West Brom and the first day of the season, a day to savour!
We’d be winning if Callum Macmamamamum started.
Yup we lost; I wasn’t there but we had a lot of good attacks, hit the cross bar twice, got cold and should have 3 in 5 minutes against Derby.
