Next time I get paid is 10th of may just before the cup final I will have just enough for the Swansea Match having paid out for Wembley and travel plus paid bills .

You do realise that you are arguing with a fictional argument that Griff made up?

re: How many of you will go after the FA Cup final
Used to stand on Springfield Park with 2,000 on and now I’m going to the FA cup final to watch the town where I was born and most likely die play the champions. You can’t turn this on and off like a tap. Wigan till I die and I don’t give a flying sh1te what division that may be.

I don’t go to every game, as I said. But if you are living that close to the edge you can’t afford West Brom, you probably shouldn’t have a season ticket and you probably shouldn’t be at Wembley either.
That is what you said Ross that wound me up…
The point that you are ignoring being made by many that I will reiterate as you are obviously hard of understanding is that you do not know what someones particular set of circumstances are on attending that game i.e West Brom.
So don’t turn around and tell them what they can and cant spend their money on!
I could put it on the flip side and say If you can afford to pay £100+ to attend the final why cant you attend a couple more away games?
I guess we have different views on what the word ‘afford’ actually means.
I am talking in the literal sense of if you can’t spare £50 for x football match then £200 for y football match surely seems out of the question.
There is a difference between literally not having the cash, and having the cash but having other priorities that while £50 wouldn’t kill, they would put additional strain on that some people are wary to do.
I will reiterate once more. I am complaint about the apathetic nature of our fanbase. People like you and griff erronesously and bizarrely thought this was about finances and I am only responding in kind.
