Come on Everton!]
I think it’ll be 3-0, West Ham further in the shit!
Well, thats me and the editor of the Wigan Athletic Vital Football site who both thought that.I cant post the link, but the editorial says:
“The mists of time though have clouded Stuarts memory slightly as he recalls he was at the JJB when we gained promotion to the Premiership with victory over Ipswich Town, we did beat the Tractor Boys that season at home but I`m sure it was victory over Reading that sealed our fate.”
The Easter Weekend just keeps getting better – a thumping of Spurs today. Wonder what will happen over the next two days to make it a perfect 4?
Your balls will drop and you’ll get layed! Am I right?
As far as I can see West Ham have been playing a weak team for most of the season.
I’ve got a 60th anniversary Strat, completely wasted on me but when a proper guitarist plays it, it sounds amazing.
I’d love to know what West Ham actually hope to achieve with this complaint…Fulham at worst will only get fined around £25K which makes no difference to teams around West Ham, is that what the Hammers want or do they want Fulham to be forced to turn out their “strongest” line up in their remaining games, one of which is West Ham at the Cottage? It’s not inconceivable that if the PL find Fulham guilty then West Ham might sue Fulham for 50mill when they get relegated.
Fulham aint that much higher than us in the league. I cant believe some people dont think we can get something at their place ! I think we will dick em !!You’re being very positive Mr. Moss & I agree with you, we should go there and get something.
Don’t upset him, he might not tell us what was the score at Bannockburn!
It’s Clattenburg –
Ok, I’m going to post on a rugby thread for the first and last time. I really don’t care about rugby league so I don’t care about Wigan Warriors. I don’t want them to fail, I just have no interest in them. I don’t know the rules, I don’t know the players but I do know they use our stadium. I’ve never been to a rugby league match but strangly, I have been to a baseball match in Toronto, I quite enjoyed it.
I wish people would stop posting rugby related posts on here as they simply clutter the board up.
I really, really, do not care about wigan Warriors or rugby league. Was the pivotal moment of the game. We were containing them ok and getting chances on the break but then the calamitous mistake by the keeper and the heads dropped after all the effort ! Didnt see 2nd goal as computer froze but the third was just plain stupidity getting dispossessed in our own half when looking to clear it ! Sometimes we try and play ourselves out of trouble like that and that is the result ! Anyhow I didnt expect to win tonight and the Portsmouth and Hull games are the ones that decide our fate I feel ! I am angry because we gave it a go tonight and because of an over zealous ref the game turned ! Oh well hey oh !!Yep, I agree with all that, despite the sending off we were still doing OK until that Jokeovic moment. I think the Portsmouth and WHU games will be the deciders. We win at West Ham and can send them down so the Hull game could be party time for both teams.
Spot on Standish, Moreno and Hugo ran their socks off for the majority of the game and up until the sending off we were on top (stats don’t lie)!It was unlucky, we were done by the ref again, not the 1st or last time it will happen.
We have to accept the defeat although it’s hard to take and credit to the players who, after going down to 10 were still on top for a short while before the quality City have (hundreds of millions worth of players) shone through.
Yes, I agree. I wasn’t expecting anything from that game and until the sending off I was pleased with the performance and the way we were set up. By the time of the substitutions Roberto was, in my view, correctly thinking off the next games so, to me, the substitutions made sense.
Or if it’s a Victoria train change at Salford Crescent, loads of trains go through there to Piccadily. Then walk as Tyldsley said.
After that display Mike Dean should be relegated along with Burnley.
could have done with fulham taking something from that, but then again they are pretty awful away from home.it puts into perspective now how martinez’s inept tactical, negative, attitude cost us 2 points against fulham at home.
and that was the day he lost what benefit of doubt i had given him until then.
:D
