I like the comment about the Welshman who “came as a forward but has developed into a full back”. It used to be if you were crepe up front you got relegated to defence! Didn’t notice many females in the crowd. They were probably all at home getting the tea ready – “Women, know your place” as Harry Enfield would have said!
Will they both be sponsored by Uncle Joe’s?
If he signs, does that mean we’ll have tres “Santo”‘s?…………….coat on :D
Sat in an air conditioned Irish bar in Mojacar, southern Spain. 34 degrees outside watching on Arabic TV. Even the throw-ins sound exciting in Arabic! Plus 2-0 win. First time we’ve won when I’ve been on holiday. How can this be boring? Bet the chubbies aren’t on Arabic TV
Wondered how long it would be before somebody did a negative post – shame on you
What was the La-la, la-la-la, la la (clap, knock shoes together, wave shirt, etc) chant yesterday. My hearing’s not what it was and I can’t lip read. :?
Zog mustn’t have started his strike then

And I thought my internet connection was slow
What a draw we must be. According to my reckoning we’re the 32nd match choice.
Best thing he could do. Better to stay here and gain experience (and help us) rather than be a small fish in a very big pool at a big club. If it’s true, well done lad :D
According to the Obby he’s a detective now. Thought he was training to be a doctor
I would have put money on us having Swansea first game. The Premier League “computer” (whoever he is!) is having a laugh.
25 May 2011 at 9:21 pm in reply to: season tickets – would welcome people’s opinion on this…. #66592Shudder to think what the ST’s are at QPR. Apparently match tickets range from £47 to £72
I’ll settle for top 10 and a cup final
Magnanimous in defeat as well. According to him we “rode our luck”. If he means put bodies in the way and defending well, OK. He doesn’t mention Stoke riding their luck when Pennant clearly fouled Zog in the box.
