      same tomorrow hopefully.

Counting you ‘mate’……just enough…..thanks for asking.

I’m not very good at what? Typing? I’d say i’m not the best, but still alot better than you, my egg chucking friend.

You had a good night, good win then eh?

Wouldn’t expect the same tomorrow, there’ll be some fans there for a start, and good as di santo is, i can’t see us putting 40 odd on them.

Am i going too ot, no, i’ve been a bit chilly tonight actually, we don’t put the heating on until october regardless of the weather. How were you? Bet it was cold on there tonight, and not enough there to form a fucking huddle by the sounds of it?

I really doubt that he’s been shamed, its a badge of honour for young kids of that nature. Don’t see the point in it all myself, if you want to fight, go down the local boxing club, if you want to watch football, then go to the game, the 2 don’t mix do they? Unless you just want to pretend that you want a fight, give it all the bravado leading up to a fight that you KNOW the police and stewards won’t let happen, or have a kick off with another 100 dickheads at the side of you (or more likely jumping sideways or backwards or running away). How many times do you think that a ‘firm’ actually gets a kick off at a game these days? Anyroad up it just macho bullshit for young dickheads that don’t know any better. Get them in a ring where the opponent is guaranteed to hit you back, and theres no-one there to ‘hold you back’, then see how big your bollocks are ;)

I was there, and there was bother, ran out of pies before the half time whistle went.

I was also at the free trade hall, spike island, 66 wc final, and the opening of katonas fanny circa 1994, though it has been opened 4 times a day ever since.

I’ve not assumed anything, I am puzzled*, there is a difference.

136 pointless posts and counting, I suggest the only response to you mr Sudworth should be to remind you of your phenomenal post count after each one.

Puzzled – the way Sudworth feels 99 % of the time, the other 1% being taken up by old/young/rich/poor/clever/retarded/ and right.

Dons lmb’s new Colombo mac, and lights cigar.

Mr Griff, he’s a multi, I’m sure now.
Just one more thing before I go……. I’m a little puzzled how someone so young has a missus and kids, And can afford a day out at the theatre of broken dreams stopping off at rip off avenue, and how that same person can come across as so mongtastically retarded, and then produce a word like castigate like it was everyday yoof speak innit.

Sudworth is a multi, a pointless one, as I just don’t see the wind up at all, unless it’s just to be annoying, which a 3 year old could do with ease, come on Sudworth, what is your point?

i’ll be there, steep i know, but im a proper fan. fair play if you are to tight to pay it is alot of money for 90mins.

Coming on here and giving it ‘the big one’ about being a proper fan and labelling anybody who doesn’t go to Old Trafford as not a proper fan is an absolute piss-take.

So as I’m not going to Old Trafford, I must’nt be a proper fan, this despite nigh-on 30 years of following this club, and going on 70-odd grounds around the country during that time. It must all have been a bit like when Bobby Ewing died in ‘Dallas’…and then reappeared in the next series, and it had all been a dream.
Did it REALLY happen? Did I REALLY visit such wonderful arena’s as Sealand Road, Chester, Belle Vue, Doncaster, and Dean Court, Bournemouth, to name a few? Did I REALLY stand on places such as the piss-wet and wind-swept terracing as Huddersfield’s Leed’s Road ground and witness many capitulation’s and successes?

As I’m not a ‘proper fan’, I must have dreamed it all…..

….but then again, maybe I’m actually a PROPER fan who know’s when he is being scammed and refuses to be parted of such vast sums of money?

Perhaps it is more down to the fact that as you get older, you understand the value of money more. You have a mortgage. You have bills to pay, a car to insure and put petrol in.You have kids to feed. I have two kids, both of schoolgoing age. Here’s a lesson about the reality of growing up and having a family. In the last few weeks, I have had to buy them both brand new uniforms and shoes. Now, I always buy my kids CLARKS shoes. They are quality, they last. They average at around £40 a pair. So I spent £80 on school shoes. And then there was their uniform. In total, I probably paid around £200 for uniforms and shoes.

Now, I really did want to go to Old Trafford. But when I weighed up the choice of buying my kids a decent pair of school shoes, or spending £45 on MYSELF at a football stadium that these days resembles a tourist trap of a carnival… and one where we tend to get nothing from the referee and are generally hard done by, I soon came to the conclusion that, no, I wouldn’t be drawn in to parting with £45 of my money. For what? 90 minutes of wonderful football action? Can anybody actually say 100% that 90 minutes football IS WORTH £45? I don’t believe it is, unless it’s a one off match like a cup final or semi final. I did want to take my 6 year old for a day out, but no way was I going to pay £17 for him. (It costs me about £13 per match with my season ticket at Latics)

So you see, Sudworth, when you get older and understand money, and it’s actual value, you start to appreciate what is more important. I could go to every away game if I really wanted to, but you see that’s just it. I DON’T WANT TO! Because if I did, my kids would miss out. They would possibly be undernourished by living off cheap, crap food, and would be dressed in rags and re-cycled ‘A Team’ t-shirts from jumble sales. They would probably have no toys to play with. Their X Box would’ve been long gone….pawned into Cash Convertors for about £12. Holiday’s would be strictly out of the question…perhaps a bus ride to Southport. But at the end of the day, maybe it would all be worth it?

Because then I would be deemed a ‘proper fan’ by Sudworth.**

6000, bloody hell, thats very very sad indeed. you obviously have nowt better to do with any spare time you have. just must be on here almost 24/7. ah well, takes all sorts.

Not really, I have been posting for about 10 years.

I wonder how thick people have to be to not get that I rarely post in my own ‘spare’ time? Perhaps you can tell me?

                                6001[/quote]

In actual fact your current post count started on 13 July 2009, when this board started up again after the previous site collapsed, so its 6000 posts in a little over 3 years not 10 years as you state.

Before telling folk who dont fall in line with your edicts how thick they are, don’t you think it would be prudent to check your own posting history before making the same mistake.
