Does Cheryl Coles Bottom count! :P
Are some people completely incapable of using a phone these days?

Scotland had an excellent game just because he doesn’t look like scoring doesn’t make him a sh!t player. His hold up play is exceptional along with his workrate and the big plus is his ability to actually stay on his feet. I am more than happy with his contribution so far and if we keep up the progress then long may it continue.
I think your wrong Tyldesley. Faz appears to be correct according to this.
”He isnt quick, not a good header of the ball and nothing special at tackling.”You must be watching a different player to me mate. Boyce for me is a class defender. Quick, good in the air, good tackler makes v. few mistakes. Up there with the best centre halves ever at Wigan. I for one would be gutted if he left, but glad he’s so underrated in the Prem, and the likes of Newcastle paid shedloads for rubbish like Collocini.
Someone talking sense for once.
Think we deserved the win BUT Jensen would have got to that without getting injured IMHOI disagree. He realised he wasn ‘t going to make it and twisted trying to alter his position. Very poor keeper, he was undecisive at Blackburn as well.

He signed in January 2006 for 3 and a half years then signed a 2 year extension last year so it summer 2011 his contract ends. It wouldnt surprise me if we arent talking extensions now to his contract.
Appologies. . . But i still would think he should be club captain instead of “the quiet man” Melchiot.
The main thing for me is the situation with Paul Scharner. His contract is up at the end of the season and at the start of the season he came out and said this would be his last at Wigan. We all know that come January if this is the case uncle Dave will be bigging him up to any interested parties in order to get some cash and not let him go for free in May. This situation should be sorted asap with the club doing all that is needed to sign him up long term and make him club captain. The team needs a voice on the field and I think he’s ideal for the job.
Just seen the news in Figueroa, how wrong can you be. But he did play on for 10 -15 mins after the injury and actualy walked off the field and down the tunnel unaided.
It was in my opinion a very strong and controlled display in all departments and the last ten minutes we completely took the p1ss with the obligotory “ole’s” which was quality. When they scored the reaction was instant and on two occasions before the equaliser we could have scored. When Figgy had to leave the field and Charlie went left back I thought our attacking options would be limited but then a chap behind reminded me that he played left back for the bar codes and in my opinion he just shaded man of the match although to be honest anyone apart from Titus and Boycey (they really had very little to do but did their job) could have the accolade. I have been known to slate Mario on this board and admit he is not one of my favourites but yesterday for me was probably his best all round display and his passion at the end of the game should be commended. Even Gomez looked livelier than normal and was at the centre of the p1ss take at he end. Scharner received a nasty cut to the RH side of his head in the build up to the third and was subbed so no doubt a few stitches there. All in all A thoroghly entertaining day and hats of to the lads on my coach journey with their constant singing, well done. I do beleive also that If we can keep hold of Hendry Thomas and D’iame these two could be legends in there own right, they really are beginning to make the midfield impasssible. As for the injuries recived yesterday I believe they are nothing more than bad knocks and are nothing too serious. This is of course just an opinion. KTF
The prices in the ground where shit as well. £3.50 for a bottle of Carlesberg or Cider and £2.50 for a pie that was almost inedible.
No brainer, Pollit all the way Kingson is below average.
I think Alex Cribley retired due to injury as a Wigan player in 1988 after signing from Liverpool in 1980.
Ray Woods – Coventry
Kevin Langley – Everton
Joe Parkinson – Everton
Joe Hinnigan – Sunderland
Roy Carroll – Manure
Steve Walsh – Leicester
David Lowe – Ipswich
Tony Kelly – Stoke
Paul Jewell – Bradford
John Butler – Stoke
Darren Patterson – Crystal PalaceAll the above joined clubs in a higher division at the time, as well as the ones already mentioned. Theres probably quite a few more. I remember both Phil Daley and Alan Johnson joining Lincoln but I cant remember for certain if they where in a higher Division.
No he aint. I totally agree with Duke, too slow, no tactical awareness of whats going on behind him, relies on others to get him out of the mire when he loses possesion when attacking because he cant be bothered to track back. This guys supposed to be team captain, I havnt once heard him encouraging any player at any time, and lets face it some of them have needed a kick up the jacksy this season. Hes not a leader and his days as a full back are hopefully numbered. And that Mario song is fooking cringeworthy. Indestructable my a r s e. (Just an opinion of course ;) )
