Still a team we should have beaten though…..

Bollux! Noblot are a very experienced premier league side who have also ventured in Europe. We [the royal we] are not that nieve or cocky enough to think these teams “should” be beaten. After the first 20 mins we looked better than Bolton in every dept. and that in itself was very pleasing indeed.
All in all a great point unless of course you are one of the darkside or a chubster, then its 2 points thrown away against a shyte side. ;)
Tell Jayt that, 4th from bottom.

Mercenary.

in reply to: Ian Holloway #49128

Hear Hear.

in reply to: Ian Holloway #49107

Ian Holloway talks alot of sense but Man Utd and Ferguson deserve this. They have been taking any player they like for years and now the boots on the other foot they dont like it. No sympathy here.

It’s on the e-ticketing website.

Just added up what’s left with the amount of seats, and took it away ….

I have a feeling that we will never, ever see a 14’500 or less Premier League match at the DW Stadium.

You must be so proud.

in reply to: Too predictable now #48968

What do you expect? We are a small unfashionable club who the BBC dont care about. If Blackpool are still in this league in 5 or 6 years it’ll be the same for them. Get over it and stop worrying.

in reply to: Liverpool relegation! #48967

If Liverpool get relegated I’ll buy all the regulars on here a pint.

Thank you for those kind words. I’ve heard worse.

It’s a reasonable run of results after a disgraceful start to the season, but drawing with the likes of Newcastle,Sunderland and Birmingham is far from great.

Fo oking hell when did we turn into Prem billy big bo llocks
Ever since site chairman Jayt said Newcastle are a team we should be beating of course.

in reply to: Todays game #48842

According to others this was a team that we should have beaten.

in reply to: 3 Goals #48720

We have only lost one game in the last seven.
Only conceeded 4 goals in the last seven games (after a disastrous start)
We beat Spurs
We’re in the last 16 of the Carling Cup
We are financially OK due to good management
N’Zogbia is looking like he is bothered
McCarthy looks to be a belter
Al Habsi is performing superbly
8 points from 7 games, better than the point a game average we need
Alcaraz looks the part, possibly better than Bramble

Options on the bench with Moses and others chomping
at the bit

Boselli and Di Santo will hopefully hit the ground soon
Playing against two teams we should be beating next
Gomez has had a good game and looks like he can build on it.
We aren’t in Liverpool’s current predicament
The pitch looks good

:D :D :D :D

Get out of that with out moving cone head :D
We have only lost one game in the last seven.

We have only won 4 all season, 2 against lower league opposition.

We are financially OK due to good management

If you call £30m in debt financially ok then I wouldn’t like to see your credit card bill!!

N’Zogbia is looking like he is bothered

He has to, he wants a move in January for christs sake.

8 points from 7 games, better than the point a game average we need

If your happy with another season of fighting relegation then suppose thats your choice.

Alcaraz looks the part, possibly better than Bramble

That one made me smile

Caldwell yet to play and will strengthen when fit

Whats positive about someone who hasn’t yet played this season and would probably struggle to keep up with me when fit, never mind premier league footballers!

Options on the bench with Moses and others chomping
at the bit

Chomp at the bit all you like. If Moses is that good why does he never get a game?

Boselli and Di Santo will hopefully hit the ground soon

Thats never a positive in a million years!

Playing against two teams we should be beating next

Another non positive, why the hell ‘should’ we be beating them. They’re probably saying the same about us you know.

Gomez has had a good game and looks like he can build on it.

So thats 1 good game in ……. I cant even be bothered looking.

We aren’t in Liverpool’s current predicament

Your right there. We dont get 40 odd thousand every week, got supporters all over the world and are about to be taken over by a billionaire. Oh and they’re only 2 points behind us.

The pitch looks good

Wouldn’t know, haven’t seen it yet this season.

You can have the rest.

in reply to: 3 Goals #48693

Tell me some positives then. Because I cant think of many.

in reply to: Walkabout big screen #48680
You just come across as a tight fisted fo oker

Think the word you’re looking for is ‘prudent’.

in reply to: 3 Goals #48678

As soon as there is something positive about Wigan Athletic to post, I will do. With this guy in charge the only positives are in his mind after a heavy defeat. The fact that the crowds are dropping off alarmingly says it all. Our ticket office staff must love their jobs, go to work, do jack all day coz nobody comes or phones, then go home! Easy!
