The popularity of Wigan Athletic in my school today was pretty unbelievable. Everywhere you walked there was a kid with a ticket for Saturday’s match and so much about 20 kids may end up paying on the turnstile due to a sell-out !
If your in the South Stand on Saturday, there should be a much better atmosphere as I’m plonking myself in South Stand, Block 4, right at the front.
The south stand is the place too be :D
“Yes Batch, but Sephton knows, you know?”
Yep, I know, you know?
As Franco’s still out injured, possibly slip De Ridder in for him and play a 4-5-1 formation …. with Cal McManaman up-top on his own.
No, he plays left back but gets forward a hell of a lot.
Di Santo is fit to play.
Maybe he drove down to Heathrow……..or he’s hiding somewhere with ‘you know who’
The team I would personally go for as I think this team could at least earn a replay, even with all our injuries.
Pollitt
Gohouri S.Caldwell Lopez Redmond
Stam McArthur Watson Gomez
McManaman Di SantoSubs –
Nicholls
Robinson
Boyce
Diame
De Ridder
Mustoe
SundayIf he sells NZogbia in January he may as well just admitt that he has given up on us. After watching that rubbish today i dont think we will score another 10 goals if NZogbia is not in team. Why does Martinez insist on playing Gomez? No heart whatsoever, i dont mind players being crap but please show a little effort.Gomez was nothing short of ‘impressive’ today.
Why should he show heart when the fans are so fickle towards him ?
Below is a list of the players who in my opinion are good enough for the Premier League.
N’Zogbia
Rodallega
McCarthy
Al Habsi
Cleverley
Moses
Di Santo
McArthur
Boyce
Gohouri
Diame
Gomez
Stam
Watson
Pollitt
Nicholles
McManamanThe one’s who ain’t good enough ……
Alcaraz
S.Caldwell
Boselli
Figueroa
Kirkland
G.Caldwell
De Ridder
Koumas
Lopez …. I just know
Amaya
Won-Hee Cho
Mustoe
GolobartIf we’d have won yesterday everyone would have been praising this Spanish c***
If we win on Wednesday, we could easily go 13th and be quite a distance from Birmingham, Wolves and West Ham at the bottom.
I still believe Martinez can keep us up.
Granted, if we were to have lost against Wolves and Arsenal I would have wanted O’Neill at all costs.
McCarthy is back in 3 weeks.
Boyce back next week.
Moses back late Feb – early March. All of those players will help us a lot starting against Hull in the FA Cup when hopefully Boyce gets his 1st game since October.
We don’t even need N’Zogbia to stay up, we’ve beaten Spurs and ‘big’ Hartlepool without him …. why not Bolton, Hull and Fulham ?
The obvious replacement has been hanging around the subs’ for the last few matches – De Ridder. Or, failing that, we could recall Koumas from Cardiff for one last chance. Only trouble is: they’re rubbish. If only Moses wasn’t injured. Think he’ll probably stick Rodellega on one wing and Cleverley on the other, though Ronnie Stam would do for me there, assuming Boyce is fit to take his place back.Boyce will be fit to play against Hull next weekend, he’ll replace N’Zogbia in the side and Stam will go RM.
He could feature on Sunday so i’ve been told.
Ye, quite a lot !
I’ve nearly completed the COD7 campaign after 4 days 8-)
