Sounds like it could be a decent night game at the DW for a change. I do miss night games –

I’ll be hopefully popping along to add to the numbers.

Also got my train booked and spurs ticket this week. Sudworth will be impressed.

He did chose a very low key game; derby match, live on sky Tv , Friday night and 50 cameras around the ground. Clever bloke.

String him up by his balls from the crossbar the little prick

I think if you take a look at stand up comedy , whether Frankie Boyle , jimmy Carr , Tom stade, Sean lock , jim Davidson , Jo brand, Bernard manning, jack Whitehall, mickey Flanagan. They all take the piss out of people less fortunate, whether it be gender, race, social status or physical status. The key is to just take it with a pinch of salt. Comedy is a wonderful thing if you don’t take it to seriously.

I don’t rate Michael Barrymore as a comedian or as someone with a talent of taking the piss out of people less fortunate. So I still don’t get it, no.

yes but for the football fans following these types of characters on twitter gives no end of amusement.

for anyone on twitter who doesnt get offended too easily – Franky Boyle is worth a punt. very funny. funnily enough he’s not a big fan of Jimmy Saville

‘ There is no doubting his ability going forward in terms of skill ‘

is this a tongue in cheek remark?

Figgy (apart from the odd goal from 70yrds) offers no attacking flair or support. and as for skill, id have to disagree with you on that one.

in my eyes he is a physical man mountain of an athlete. and a good defender

Yet you find this poster intriging enough to bring him into your well constructed discussion in the first place.

i only logged on to catch up with some news and end up with this load of old rubbish. Can we not arrange some grand order cleansing of this board please.

Oh and mind out for yeast in those toenails.

you disagree with me disagreeing with yosser, well i disagree with you

no seriously though,, i think losing hugo and diame was always going to impact on our strength in depth and i think we benefitted from the first 11 knowing they had quality sat on the bench waiting to step in.

the back end of last season was indeed a run of epic proportions. looking at it though we did have a little luck on our side and under those circumstances we played very well. That didnt automatically give us a target of mid table finish. Id love us to be challenging for that but when all is said and done… avoiding relegation (all beit alittle more comfortable than last few seasons) in my eyes is still our main goal.

my initial grip though was with it being pathetic that we should be involved in a relegation battle. a little cockey maybe on some fans part.

So here we go again. Nearly already resigned to another relegation battle. Pathetic.

this season was alaways going to be a relegation battle. we are battling to stay in premier league. therefore a relegation battle.

What are your expectations for this season Yosser?
