Wiganmon it’s a pretty relevant post considering the title of the topic in question.
Don’t be rude.
Theres no need for it.
Online ticket office saying £65 pound ticket all gone.
I’m going to the Semi as I wouldn’t be able to make the final if we make it. I would move heaven and earth to get there though if I could. With respect to the numbers of ticket sales- we won’t know exactly what’s gone until the day so don’t worry about it.
It’s not our problem. It’s the FA’s problem.
Exploiting clubs for financial gain is nothing new to them and this is another example.
If there are empty seats then so be it. I don’t support my club because we have 30k following at home. I follow them because they’re in my heart.
Not sure if he is getting ‘treatment’ as Kone and Maloney are working well. If however he has done what momo and Hugo did and is currently sitting waiting for his big signing on fee in the summer then leave him on the bench. Easy choice for bobby at the end of the day
Two good shouts there. I was always wanting us to look at Dawson. I think we did when he was at forest, and was hopeful when spurs put him in reserves. Good players both of them.
Yes egg, I believe it to be.
That’s kind of the purpose of my post, capiche?
Dangerous in which sense standish? I honestly fail to see the attraction…! He has flashes of ‘alrightness’ about him but just frustrates me that he is a soft touch and never seems in control of the ball.
Rooney and wellbeck for England are simply woeful
They’ve only been on sale 3 days. Let’s not panic.
It will pick up once the match is in sight.
To be honest I’ve not heard or seen much to prompt sales an I can only guess the marketing will kick once on general sale.
I’m confident will take a respectable number of fans.
As stated 12500 so far is not bad considering they are only on sale to ST’s
He is an addict and will die as a result of it. Whether you want to sound clever with the imunosuppressant story of george best the fact of the matter is it was alcohol what lead him to that and ultimately the same will happen to gazza.
Hopefully sooner rather than later and i say that for his own sake – his life has been a circus for far too long now –
He has tried rehab and unfortunately he doesnt have to will to stop drinking. unless he wants to stop this will kill him.
He was a very good footballer but his life has been a bloody shambles to be honest.
It’s not about trying to sound clever, but a lot of people think George Best died because his transplanted liver packed in coz he started to drink again & that isn’t true. I also acknowledged that if he hadn’t been an alcohlic then he wouldn’t have needed a transplant in the first place
And an alcoholic having the will to stop drinking is only the first step in attempting to get off it & isn’t the sole answer/cure[/quote]I understand that it is only the first step. Thats kind of what i mean with respect to Gazza- he doesnt even want to stop drinking.
If he cant get beyond wanting to give up he is always going to be readmitted and back in rehab. ultimately it will kill him.
The guy has been branded an alcoholic all his life. Media perception made it funny initially, then a concern and now its serious. How he has been portrayed in the newspapers over his life has not helped matters. However im going off topic slightly. sympathy will follow from the media when in fact if this was taken seriously from the beginning maybe, just maybe this could have been prevented. either way Gazza unfortunately appears too far gone.

I think we’ll win tomorrow
Cheers for that Garswood
i think its more to do with Samba’s club recouping the amount they paid for him – plus a little more to release him from his contract.
agree totally though. Mad amount of money that……..
