Anyway, tonight is a much more important game in my eyes. Would sooner win tonight and lose Monday rather than the other way round!
Always find it pretty sad really when the first thing Latics fans or rugby fans for that matter, think about first when there is a big moment for their club is what the other side think about it. We play two different sports FFS!!!Lets hope Latics shock THE WORLD again by beating City and then Wigan rugby take back their Challenge Cup and League titles for a record 20th and 22nd time.
If that all happens in front of 20 billion people or 2 cats and a dog won’t really bother me one little bit.
Well said that man!
Another game that will have more people watching it than worriers will get in total all this coming season.
Will also generate more income in one fame than they will drag in this year.
If only football was more popular than that sport we play in the back yard of.Will all these people be watching Wigan though or be watching City? ;)
26 fat gets who haven’t been on it since August.Plenty of dual pitches in pretty good condition around the country.
Saints played their FIRST game of the season last week and the pitch was a mess even before kick off. Who plays on it every other week in winter? Some football reserve side. Maybe it’s football that ruins it? I’ll leave that to the experts.
A young lass who lives across the road from my dad is dating one of Wigan Athletics groundsmen. He is a latics fan but admitted that football games cause far more damage to the pitch than rugby!
Its on Sky. Just been announced! So is Pompey away!
Its on Sky. Just been announced!
Bradford lost again and Scunny only drawing surely puts them out of the race with us.
I hope it is the start of a Shrewsbury tail off now they have had a couple of poor results and it leaves us and Rovers to fight it out for first and second place.
Shrewsbury have played both us and Rovers twice though. We still have to visit Ewood!
I would much prefer to listen to the views of the Plymouth manager who says we are far too good for Div 1.
I think we know that, but are we good enough for the championship? I would say this side is better than 2 years ago so hopefully if we buy smart we will be.
Pretty sure Alan Smart has retired.
Anybody think Powell may get a three game ban for swinging out? Ref missed it and it doesn’t look great on TV!
Shocking news. Isn’t he Jason Roberts Uncle?
Only one goal against a team in relegation zone. Bloody rubbish wigan.
get a fuckin grip the lot of u. Played two promotion rivals twice and still unbeaten recently. Top, best GD and that won’t change whatever happens tomorrow.
great result. 4 points in four days from two away games and coming back from behind in both games!
better team would have punished us tonight. Made hard work of it but three more points in the bag. Good results as well other than shrews 94th min winner at donny!
how about “piss poor Billy big bullocks latics Chuck away three points”
