the telephone box (la cabina) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0065513/
a Spanish film about some bloke who can not get out of a telephone box.no subtitles as far as I remember but the fate of the man bothered me when I 1st saw this film when I was about 12.

edit.. its on you tube, only lasts 30 minutes but to me is a classic short film. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xX3nsrBFLUo

here are the line ups for the heineken music festival 1994 which played in 6 cities http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heineken_Music_Festival 20000 attended every night at preston
the year after the verve played at avenham park. it went down hill after a few years because it ended up with a line up of bands similar to what is on at haigh hall. if you was 12 it was great but who in there 20,s,30.s wanted to see the likes of peter andre?. if you did at least you did not after pay, I am sure someone as sponsored this haigh hall thing up to a point. the problem I can see is the line up of acts is all wrong. this is been proved now by ticket prices been halved. I think the organizers are going to have to up there game next year if they want this to carry on.

2 for 1 now is it? what does that tell you?. i bet the concerts are no were near selling out.

    in reply to: McFly #39189

was the thing that your son played there free?. fair dues if that’s the case but they have had things like this at avenham park in Preston in the past. the heineken music festival were oasis, inspiral carpets, the stranglers, the Christians and loads off others played who I can’t remember as it was 16 years ago over 3 nights and they were free. you would think they would have had some popular indie/ rock band on at haigh hall but they haven’t?. let me guess rock FM are something to do with it. there is nothing on that line up for a lot of people. who from Wigan is going to pay 33 pounds to see the welsh bird singing covers?. i can guess that a lot of the people who attend will not be from Wigan. ?

edit.. ronan keating is middle of the road rubbish.
each to there own though. I am guessing you have already purchased your ticket for the keating gig :P

what a absolute p1ss poor line up of acts that is!. between 27 and 33 dabs to watch either a 3rd rate welsh singer and some kiddy acts.any one who pays that when it should be free as the line up is rubbish needs to book a appointment with the shrink.

you have not answered my question? why have sunderland spent over 62 million in the last 3 seasons and achieved jack sh1t?. how can you even bring up bath, nuneaton latics fans when your a w@nkstaines fan who supposedly
follows Sunderland? you TOE RAG

in reply to: James Cordon #38971

I could imagine him wearing a w@nkstaines top. I find him deeply unfunny and I turn over when that fat c**t comes on my TV screen. he seems to be on TV all the time. I would say he as his fingers in a lot of pies but it looks like he as eaten them all. none of the people I know think he is funny, so how is he getting away with it

its such a pity for the e2 singers that mario bocelli as more then 4 syllables in his 1st and 2nd name or they could go for the d,d,d,d jason roberts or replace roberts with scotland ad infinitum. as long as you have 4 syllables in both names your good to go with with the youth of e2

I briefly look at the latest post very occasionally but as a rule I don.t as it.s all about 2 posters having a cutting and pasting frenzy. if the powers that be have started clipping there wings and are relieving the likes of sephton from hundreds of his pointless spamming posts then it as to be a move in the right direction :D
