Friday at New Springfield in yet another home game against Saints is also a day when all the local Manure, Hubcappers, Citeh and Everton shirt wearing bandwagon jumpers squeeze into their Norweb shirts and become Egg fans.
If those lot could show their loyalty to their local football side we could fill the place.
Tuesday was three quid cheaper on the night at £24 Mutty Shite and coming days after casual fans had to fork out £27 and so is hardly a scientific way to measure a pricing policy but as an egg Mon you wouldn’t understand as most of your casual fans are on free tickets including the extra Norweb wearing chubbies tonight. 1 – According to everyone on here most Wigan rugby fans come from Bolton Preston or Leyland so their local football team wouldn’t be Latics.

3 – Utd are actually on Sky tonight so the Utd armchairs amongst the rugby brethren will just stay in the pub and watch both games on TV.

I think one or two are missing the point here, Morsy and Colclough are not getting game time so they won’t be making way for anyone even though they may be sold this month.
We have signed two midfielders in the past few days, GC hasn’t brought them in to sit on the bench, so who makes way from lets say Last Saturday or Tuesdays starting eleven?
Caldwell is going to upset some of the fans favourites here and if the results go belly up the knives will surely be out, i fear we are going to see plenty swapping and changing over the next few games.
Lets hope GC treads carefully on team selections, personally i dont think the two latest signings (midfield) are any better than what we have already.

So far we’ve played the weaker teams and overall we’ve held our own (still annoyed by Bristol result) at this rate of 4 points every 3 games we’ll have 60 points and mid division finish, I’m hoping for a play off position myself, but deary me we need a class striker and no more midfielders.Would you consider us one of the “weaker teams” in the Championship?

According to the Makem 2400 visitors came from Blackburn but a couple of days ago Makem quoted 2240 from Blackburn. Where did the extra 160 come from? Did they turn up Sunday when there was no match on?

Blackburn brought 2240 out of 12,216. Leaves 9,976 made up of ST + Casuals.
Birmingham brought 1307 out of 11,182. Leaves 9,875 made up of ST + Casuals.
ST number constant in both cases, as clubs report seats sold, rather than turnstile clicks.

I haven’t been as nervous watching this guy with the ball since we had Titus Bramble.He was dominating everything in the air at the latter stage of the match last night but i cant help feeling that he’s going to cost us a few goals/points this season.
