You really are thick!

You’re right. I am really really thick.

Your ex liked it though. We’ve a lot in common.
I always suspected her of being a lesbian.

I actually agreed with what he said about Diame when he played at Wigan, and how the team was better with McArthur etc, but my gender confusing friend has chosen to ignore this in the interests of continuing this wind-up.

I shall refrain from responding to his posts now as I’m starting to find it all a bit tedious and I’ve got more stimulating things to do like cratching my arse with my car keys and plucking nose hair.

Plucking nose hair sounds painful. :pinch:
It is, but it’s also a necessary and gratifying post-forty activity.
Now now David. That could be construed as sexist.

UNLIKE the ex, tell me, if I criticised Jose Mourinho would you be as upset? Afterall, he is a housewifes favourite too.

Help me out please fellas. I’m trying to pin down the date of that famoud Bournemouth away game whenw e took over the town. I’m sure it was the last game of tne season and was 0-0 but the CL archives indicate it was 1993 which was too early.

We played them at the end of the season in 2000 too but agin, according to the CL archives, that ended 2-2.

I’m not saying I don’t trust the archives but I just don’t trust the archives. ;)

Also, Doncaster away, 1988, 4-3. Bouncing down with rain and I’m sure there were two lada carted off with broken legs. Am I right and can anyone remember if they were both our players nd if so, who?

              Thanking ye

Total stab in the dark, but didnt Andy Ainscow break his leg round that time?

Lad at work is a West Spam fan and rates Diame highly. He doesn’t want him to go nor does Sam (according to him)

I rated him in his first season for us, he reminded me of Viera the way he played but he went off the boil for the rest of his time and never really looked interested.
Did here the rumour that cos he wouldn’t sign a new contract Whelan didn’t want him playing. I’ve also heard that said about Alcaraz recently??

I couldn’t agree more, I remember after his first 6 months for us he looked promising but he struggled to keep up that level of performance, only playing in cameo roles is a luxury this club can ill afford. It came as no surprise to me that our season took off when he was dropped, (tho I don’t know whats happened this season) Give me McArthur any day of the week. It’s funny to see people rate him highly, but people are entitled to their opinions and thats what makes these forums entertaining. I can’t see him playing for a top club, but what do I know? Very little according to Miss Walker.
For the record, I agree with everything you’ve said on this post.

Still doesn’t get away from the fact that he’s rated at West Ham and they don’t want him to leave.
So you are agreeing with someone who talks nonsense? You’re ruled by the moon love…I give up, I really do!
I’m agreeing with you because on that particular post you weren’t spouting nonsense.

Or, did you not get that bit from earlier posts?

But if you’d like to give up, please, be my guest.
Standish, you are repeating yourself now, so I will repeat myself. I am sorry for criticising your idol. I just don’t know how you can come out with a bold statement like you did, unless you watch all the games… I could call that talking nonesense. You really do remind me of the ex wife, you are not female by any chance? I haven’t read your profile. As for the edit, whats your point?

Yes, I am repeating myself because you obviously have Martinez issues and assume my response is in defence of my ‘idol’.

It isn’t; it’s in response to you spouting nonsense that Sam Allardyce is pushing Diame out of the club because he’s discovered the player isn’t up to much.

So, I’ll repeat it for a third time: I’m sensitive to people talking nonsense, and your statement…

‘I was wondering how long it would take Fat Sam to work Diame out…I suspect Sam is actively looking to get shut’

                            …is nonsense.

You’re right, my ‘extensive’ research doesn’t contain a line which states ‘Diame is West Ham’s best player’. Maybe if I Googled, sorry, I mean conducted some more research I might find one.

Whatever, they all allude to a player who has been on the bench because he’s been injured, meaning your line…

‘ I would’ve thought Sam would prefer his best player on the pitch, not either substitute or substituted’

…is again nonsense, and a player, rather than being someone they ‘want to get shut’ of, is regarded as…

‘one of their best players’, ‘in outstanding form before his injury’ whose leaving would have a ‘ drastic effect on the team’ and who lead Sam Allardyce to quote:

‘He’s our player and hopefully come 1 February he will still be our player’

If you want to think of me as female and your ex-wife, and if it really makes you feel better, please do so. I won’t be offended.
You took your time…(my ex wife was always late… and went on a bit) I’ll take that as an admission that your bold statement was a little OTT, no need for apologies. Next time you are googling Ian LADYMAN etc try googling “suspect” or failing that learn to read.

Yes, if we can get a marksman in the calibre of George Lyon. Maybe the deadliest marksman Wigan has ever had.

I read last night that he has left his club in Turkey, due to their financial problems and they have agreed to release him after not paying him for 2 months.

                                  He’s 29 and available on a FREE.

Now, I know the problems we had with him last time, but if we could just get his head right and offer him the opportunity to come and play for a contract/put himself in the shop window, it’s a no brainer for me. Fitness pending, of course, as he has had a few problems since being with us.

I just think if we could get him firing on all cylinders we could have a cracking striker on our hands. And for free.

Perhaps offer him a contract til the end of season? He has stated his desire to come back to England, and as we seem to look for freebies and cheap options, I think he would be worth a punt.

                                  No chance.

He went to Hull a couple of seasons ago and was piss poor.
He certainly wasn’t poor at Hull when I saw him. ;)
