Sorry, can’t leave out the Red Hot Chilli PeppersDoes any one know if the flying scotchmans on display at York railway museum? Last time I went it was having a job done in the workshop, I was most disapointed. I’ve seen it 8 times, 1st time was in 1981 during a school visit.

He did have the ability to just hang in the air, and that goal against West Ham was class. He had plenty of Spring did the Duke, maybe something to do with his high jumping days.
I seem to remember him scoring headers where he had to react quickly and adjust his body, QPR away and Crewe away. What a waste….16 September 2009 at 8:13 pm in reply to: Who was the best header of a ball to play for the Tics? #8892Always thowt Breckin should of chipped in with a few goals.

So how will we fare? How many points will we end up with then?
Going up obviously fulfilled Whelans dream, but how many Wigan fans are happy? The day of any promotion looks good, but do you think of who you have left behind? Games against say Tranmere would be special, but there are none of those games any more. Going to the match, do you ever feel happy or actually meet Wigan fans who are happy? This weekends home game, just on the off chance we win the game 6-0 you would still see home fans diving for the exits with 10 mins of the game left wouldnt you? Be completely honest if you do it and say why, but if not you must still see it and do you believe we deserve a premiership club with support like this? We can see the chairmans losing interest and if as looks the case the fans are losing interest, do we really have a future? You’re on a downer aren’t you?
