Looking back he was the biggest waste of talent ever. After scoring 24 goals in the Championship, he had all the qualities to be an awesome striker. Especially up front with Jason Roberts, those 2 complimented eachother brilliantly. Same what’s happened to him.

No firstly you let your feelings be known gently to the management that you’re not happy, like through a fans forum or website if you aint got access to his office, and take it from there.
