Let’s be honest the peformances have been good all season for 80 minutes, dominating the majority of matches but we weren’t converting chances and killing teams off which destroyed our confidence late on. In games like Bristol City and Forest away we completely outplayed teams at the top end but didn’t get wins we deserved. What we are seeing now is confidence. We haven’t suddenly become an amazing side.
So bloody great we plummeted to second bottom. Now we appear to be on the up and that’s great.

Not lucky today or Wednesday but we have had a bit of luck but no more than the share of bad luck we’ve had. Table isnt lying at all though Stu. Sincerely hope it stays that way and we learn some lessons from the mistakes that took us on a downward spiral in the first place.Mainly due to fans not understanding the difference between performances and results. An unbelievable run of bad luck and last ten heartbreak couldn’t last forever.
We have had bad luck Roy and have lost more points after leading than any team in England. Conceding so many so late also has to go down to fitness and decisions which again has cost us. Brentford aside I cant remember too many more games that we were taken apart. But everyone of us has to concede we simply haven’t scored enough goals which has been the real killer. Another 10 goals would have seen us win the games we threw away and draw the games we lost. None of could have seen last night coming and us scoring 3 fantastic goals but it happened. Let’s see if Cook and the boys can use last night to kick on. Go for it now including v the Albion and stop worrying about the opposition. Going the right way at last but this luck thing equals out in the end and over this season we have had as much good luck as bad luck.

Being critical of some crap football but praising when we do well is not fickle at all, it’s just part and parcel of the game. Always has been and always will be so just enjoy the result.
