James McLean Ah Ha
Running down the win Ah Ha
For the Wigan team Ah Ha
We’re gonna win the leagueGet yer bets on
With that type of positivity I don’t see why we can’t win at least one of the cups as well
Up the Cup Winners Tics
With all respect mutty, that’s exactly what we we’re doing under Paul Cook before we were stabbed in the back by the criminals (I include the efl in that).
It did cause a lot of consternation on this site at times, myself included at times, but I think Leam will have a similar realistic plan.
How can he fail when he has us for guidance?
6 new players seems to be a common theory. I’d like to see both full back positions strengthened as to me that was a major weakness last season.
Would anyone think about another goalkeeper? Just to keep Ben on his toes.
According to the Wigan press we’re already looking at signings.
How many of Talal’s pens will we see?
I have a feeling Sunderland will do it but I’d love to see Wycombe come up with us.
I’ve a feeling LR will give most of the squad a crack at the championship. Weather their all up to it is another matter.
Well I’ve polished off some Madri and now I’m going for some New Zealand Mudhouse Sauvingion Blanc ( which I hope doesn’t have a goalsgalore toenail in it)
I just love this club! Fans, history, humour and integrity.
Nobody deserves this more than us!
UP THE CHAMPIONSHIP TICS
Gotta go for the win
UP THE TICS
I was up for us going for it in all the cups naively, being an old school romantic. But it has taken its toll for all the reasons mentioned and this months crazy schedule.
Still think the efl tried to stuff us up tho as a couple of the games could have been played in January.
I have been known to get canned up on occasion.
Your points cup winners about substitutions are all fair and indeed would probably have improved our current situation. I’m sure Leam would acknowledge some points as well. They are, however, all made in hindsight. Even the games we look have won comfortably didn’t feel comfortable to me at the time so upsetting the balance of the team could have left us with less points than we have now.
No manager has a crystal ball so every decision is a gamble and I think Leam has got a lot right, hence our position in the league.
Who would you swap with? Klopp? Pep? Lampard? Evtwatt? Caldwell?
If he’s fit I’d love to see him back on Saturday
I see Klopp’s extended his contact at Liverpool.
B@5&73d!
Does that mean we’re stuck with Leam?
Leam says not, but I think fatigue is catching us up now, half the team can’t raise more than a gallop, their touch has gone, decision making and we’re struggling to get close to the opposition, who all look fresh as daisies by comparison. That was our 4th away game of the month, 1 more to come, and 3 home games also played, and boy does it show.
We have been stuffed up by the elf’s schedule, and perhaps our cup runs. Just hope we can grind it out on Saturday
