For me mid table and avoiding a relegation dog fight would be great, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Leam upsets the “massive” clubs with a tilt at the playoffs.
This is going to be some text book
Chapter 1
Grant exclusivity to a group who aren’t interested and led by someone who doesn’t pass the fit and proper criteria
Chapter 2
Exclude a genuine interested party for months, making sure you miss a crucial transfer window
Chapter 3
Conduct unprofessional running Twitter arguments with fans
Chapter 4
Leak lots of unhelpful rumours to unreliable journalists
Chapter 5
Never check the market value of any player before selling him
Is this a joke book or a fans Hammer House of Horrors?
If the Glazers put Man Utd in administration tomorrow, would they get a 12 point deduction?
I think we all know the answer to that
My own feelings and anger summed up perfectly
This is the greatest club in football, we are all that’s good in the game.
Thank you mutty and good luck in the play offs. If you don’t go up we’ll be after you next season
Magic magic magic!
What a club and what a set of fans. I don’t want to be arrogant, but, WE ARE EVERYTHING THAT IS GOOD ABOUT FOOTBALL
UP THE DRUNKEN TICS
The Mail article hits a few nails on the head about what happened. And not enough people in the game cared outside us and the genuine football fans who donated.
Young blood of Lang, Aasgard and Joseph running at them and they won’t know what’s hit em!
We are still going to have to be patient and if we can be mid table next season, whatever league we are in, will be an achievement in my eyes.
I think the great value of keeping Leam is he can oversee the damage done by the administrators being rectified. I also think the retention of the likes of Joseph, Lang and others is more likely now they know Leam will stay in charge.
Runcorn! Ye of little faith!
This is brilliant news and I hope he gets the support and patience that will be needed.
If Leam does need any advice on tactics and team selection he can count on the CL message board to show him the way.
My third and final guess is that mutty drinks Newcastle brown ale and then argues with the empty bottle about how many stripes should be on a football shirt!
I read somewhere that Aasgard has always struggled to play two matches a week so I guess that’s why he’s in and out of the team.
Another guess is we don’t have the same staff and resources to get players fit and keep them fit. Again the Spanish and/or admins stuffed us up there too.
Something has definitely clicked lately but I don’t think many performances have been too far off the mark.
The Spanish fiasco really damaged us, and if we go down that’s where I’ll be pointing my finger of blame. -
