TBH he got us out of the shoit 2007-2008 and we did well the following season. At the ‘Meet the Manager’ forum he was good on that as well.

He moved onto a bigger club after DW didn’t guarantee spending money.

You’re right Micky the red mist clouded my judgement and I couldn’t read what you were saying which was more fool me. Thanks for explaining, but its absolutely amazing what goes on in local politics.

At my age I shouldn’t be surprised but I was taken aback at how brazen the Council have been.

Get to the point instead of quoting mumbo jumbo.

    Proverbs 29:7
7 “The righteous care about justice for the poor,
but the wicked have no such concern”.

Are you suggesting Wigan Council and their bent councillors really care about the poor? They don’t ,they’re just looking after their cronies on this occasion at Winstanley WFC.

Actually going to Tenerife in Oct/November but really fancied Cuba which we’ll go next year instead. Meeting up with old uni mates in Eastbourne for a few days and Lytham with the family during the summer.

Just some time off work appeals as I’m flipping cream crackered.

The Donnie woman reminds me of someone from Pemps during the late 20th Century when I used to frequent the place.

Bloody hell. Lets hope it’s up there then, I don’t fancy 20,000 picts overunning the town and ‘Manchesterizing’ it. A horrible w@nkstain of a club and so are their traditions and their old firm neighbours.

I dunno about that. Maybe at first it’s depressing but it’s like being financially stretched and owing your parents (who maybe don’t really need it )a couple of grand instead of the bank or credit card company. You’re in debt but not really in the shuyt so to speak.
