Apparently Arsenal may look to sign Diame from Wet Spam…
Madness….
Not madness.. Was one of the better players we have had, stupidly didn’t play him during the back end of our last season and seemingly didn’t make an effort to keep hold of him.
His style of play suits Aresenal and since he first joined us I had a feeling he would end up there. B)
Edit: I meant in his last season for us.
Parrots. No – sorry, my pet hate is other teams being called by some witty pun that has seen much better days:
Wet Spam, Sjoke, Nob End, Robberpool, Spuds, Manure, Man Shitty, Chelski, and so on, including Worriers.
Really annoys me.
Thank you for listening.
Have to agree to be honest!! All awful ‘puns’!
Can somebody please enlighten me..
Is Mr. Stroker just a p*ss poor multi account, or is he in fact a real human being?
If it’s the latter, I fear that something has gone seriously wrong during the millions of years of evolution & natural selection.
Every time I see him post I just wanna gouge my own eyes out.
I think he is one of about three real – terrifyingly real – posters that exist on here. “Dragging the board down” just doesn’t do it justice
Quite confident he is a multi. Due to the fact that nobody would speak/post like that in real life. Unless they lick windows ;)
Griff I made no ‘promises’ .. But I was in a rush and didn’t go to the brick, will buy the book when I am in, are they on sale before Stoke game? :)
Yes. Sadly, I suspect the same copies (minus 1) I took in before the Sunderland game will still be there. :(
The thing is I actually want a copy!! I just don’t go in the Brick. Tenner are they?
I will text my ST buddy see if he fancies going a little earlier and pop in for quick one before game B)
It’s a tenner from The Brick, yes. However, you can order it online for £6.99 plus about £2 or £2.50 p&p from the link below. Takes about four days to arrive.
My Shop
Looks like me and the ST mate will be popping in the Brick Pre-Southampton game ;)

I’m going out shortly to get a super large broccoli and stilton soup from Greenhalgh’s and a white unbuttered barm joe!Unbuttered?? Give your head a wobble ;)
Sorry I meant the Southampton game on Saturday..
Not with it recently, been a recluse recently, no work or gym and what not for week or so due to that Norovirus.. That does take it out of you!! B)We will have to meet up again for a quick scoop so you can explain where the jamesc comes from ;)
And he can explain why he didn’t turn up to buy a copy of my book from the Brick like he promised
And Spaulding, you will have to give me a text some time! B)
I know damn well that someone as high profile as Beckham wouldn’t sign but we’ve managed to sign players like Heskey and Melchiot so there must be a well known name somewhere that would sign in a bid to put bums on seats.
Garswood, rate Michu next season. Plenty players have taken the league by storm before flopping like a fish.
But Heskey and Melchiot weren’t marquee signings who put bums on seats.
Both were freebie misfits who had been booed when they had played for Birmingham, and who were considered to be well past their best. We had no Premier League competition for either signing, and I clearly remember people posting things like ‘Hope it’s not true’ on Cockney Latic and other clubs’ fans taking the mickey when the Heskey rumour first appeared.
There will be proven Premier League players out there who’ll sign for us, but I’m guessing they’ll be more David Jones than the type of player to have ‘em flocking through the turnstiles.
It might change in ten years time if we can stay in the Premier League, but for now I feel that’s the reality of it.
Freebies? Sure Heskey cost like £5.5million? B)
Taken from an article about Maloney signing a new contract…“Macclesfield fans were invited down to the Moss Rose ground yesterday to help clear the playing surface of snow, ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup fourth-round tie against Latics.”
Nice to meet you Saturday spalding, shame about the result. If it was to be called off will they allow you to use same ticket or will it need to be picked up?
B)
Which makes the “official” attendance of over 19,000 an even bigger lie.The club must count those unavailable seats at each end of the Boston Stand in their attendance, in addition to the ST holders and freebies that didnt bother due to the weather.
Shut up? Boring bast
The extra 440 tickets sold out this morning in an hour.http://www.wiganlatics.co.uk/news/article/13-01-18-macclesfield-tickets-sold-out-606248.aspx
Macclesfield have also sold all their tickets.
Managed to get the ticket easy enough online. Tried ringing and were loads in queue.. Dont see why everyone didn’t just do online
Schmidt happensShmidt really does happen! ;)
Quality Series :cheer:
Seems to have changed now :)Not on mine it hasn’t!
What is it btw? Thanks B)
Mauricio Pochettino apparently.(Who?)
Ex Espanyol boss.. He is also the guy that gave away the penalty for Argentina at the 2002 World Cup that Beckham scored. ;) B)
