The site is built at 1024×768, the standard now.
We do realise that there are still computers set to lower resolutions than this, but they are becoming less and less al the time and even now are the minority.
My suggestion would be to go to preferences and reset your monitor resolution to the higher 1024×768 or higher, it will benefit in the short term and the long run, not just with this site but with all sites that are being built these days (plus give your eyes some rest)
Looking at the stats, of the last 1/4 million page views over the last couple of weeks, less than 4% have resolutions less than 1024×768 – hope this helps.

Imagine a world where the labour council stop filling their expenses in and get a gritter out to sort these problems !I guess from the pictures that the club are paving the way for the game being called off.
After the farce of not getting out and gritting roads on Sunday, they need to get their act sorted !
Rubbish council !
Not too sure that this is a council problem, as most of the ise is on the Staium property and lead in roads.
Also, the match won’t be delayed as it is not to allow more time for peolpe to get there, but for it to be safe under foot once at the ground.

All the ground is iced, the pavements and road outside the ground, the turnstyles and all the roads over the bridge, canal, past B&Q, Soccerdome etc are all iced up and I can’t see how any amount of grit is going shift…. even if the Club wanted to fork out for it…

John has done updates to the site that supposedly elliminated that problem, and we have done tests on everything brought out after but not including IE6.
Give me a bit more information as to what browser your using and I’ll see what can be done.
Is the messageboard header slightly visible under the home page navigation link? I am betting that you could do with a better/more up to date browser.

These local papers are desperate for contributions and, like Cockney Latic, are only too willing to print articles by enthusiastic amateurs.
I’ll take that as a positive; Cockney Latic like most voluntarily run sites need “enthusiastic amateurs” to write articles for it….. I wish there were a lot more than what there are right now.
Everyone has an opinion and a point to get across, some write them on message boards, some go the extra mile and actually type an article to be published – most just browse and read them, but don’t get involved even though in their own heads they are doing somersaults slating or backing what they have read, but they still sit back and won’t write owt themselves.
Opinions, as a long time reader and contributer on here said, are exactly that, Opinions – they are not right, they are certainly not wrong.
Carry on….
