Don’t talk rubbish, Bob has had nothing but respect for Wigan Athletic and the fans. Liverpool are a huge Club and came in for HIM, he was’t looking for the move.
I have no doubt things could have been different if the Reds had been in better shape, but luckily for us they are a complete mess at the moment and the Yanks are provingquite well that they have no place in English Football.
The good that may come out of this will be a strong emphasis on the young talent being nurtured, instead of us losing them to the likes of Liverpool due to the lack of resourses.
Bob doesn’t just manage the team he has a defined outlook as to how the future needs to be, whether he is here or not, and that is the main reason I was wanting him to stay…. getting the future backbone of the Club built with serious investment.

LFC was right to get rid of Roy Hodgson as during his 31 games incharge his winning percentage was just 42%, which wasn’t good enough for a high profile team like Liverpool! I am shocked LFC sacked Kenny Dalglish, it’s shocking to read that he gets the blame for the muppets LFC signed, when it was Damien Comolli who had full running of LFC… Once Damien Comolli left, LFC should of let Dalglish take full control of the club for next season and see how he does…! OK out of 74 games Dalglish percentage was 47%, but he shouldn’t of been given the sack! All the rumours of Robero Martinez, being LFC’s top target, is quite shocking….he’s another Roy Hodgson! Martinez is a nice guy, but his not a top flight manager! I can’t understand why LFC are interested in him because his record isn’t that impressive, out of 127 games his percentage is a very low 27%! He’s not a manager to turn LFC around, they need a manager who has the qualites of talent spotting, and can take the pressure of a top flight team….I can see LFC going backwards then forwards! How LFC teated Dalglish is terrible, but he still holds his head up high…Why doesn’t LFC make Dalglish Director of Football and maybe make Carra or Gerrard player manager, or again move Dalglish upstairs and bring back Rafa! The big question is, are LFC going to be another Chelsea, everytime they have a bad run…change the manager? YNWA.

The database only really kicks in for the ‘big’ games, if people buy tickets for Swansea, Norwich, QPR, Fulham and Sunderland…. they will be good to go for ever.
I always wondered why some of the Man Utd, Liverpool, Everton and such didn’t think about coming to five games whilst their team was away…..
