I was amazed he got htrough his brain tumor operation, I was also amazed at the news this morning after he seemed to have weathered the worst.
3 Open Championships and 2 Masters in his 45 Tour wins. He was an inspiration to all in golf and responsible in getting so many to the courses beleiving they could be the next Seve…..
He will be sorely missed. RIP

I give in…..
Once you’ve paid your fiver (or pound for those that don’t give a damn about a Wigan Athletic instution), you can use the bar to you hearts content, its prices are its prices though….. We don’t have enough people paying their fivers to be able to subsidise the bar :naughty: :shhh: :violin:

why should i pay 5 dabs for a service i am not going to use?. Did the club think about the supporters club when they moved you out of there and had their corporate rubbish in place?
There were underlying reasons for the move and they were made by a person not at the Club anymore.
Don’t hold me to it, but I am pretty certain the £1 door charge will also be in place and so if you don’t feel that you will use the Club more than four more times over the next season – your £5 would cover WHU and ALL next seaosn – there is an option.

Actually your wrong, because the friends and some family of the said band have actually joined just so they can go.
Thanks for your support.

why don’t they just throw the doors open to season ticket holders? after all it is for a good cause and it is the last game of the season. i am not 100% on this but i am sure the original post that started the thread as been changed in the last 24 hours to now say something completely different?. :roll:Why don’t you just pay a fiver a season and allow an association formed just for Wigan Athletic fans to survive for as long as possible – you can then enjoy the amenities and benefits whenever you wish……

JayCan I clarify please?
Today it was said that you could only get in next match before the game by buying a ticket, but on this link you say that any SC member can get in before the game. I understand about needing a ticket after the game, but do I have to pay on top of my SC membership if I want to come in before the game.
I also am a bit confused as to what’s needed to get in anyway – the stewards on the door seem to accept season tickets as acceptable for entrance. After years of paying a fiver a season to sit in the refugee camp it does seem a bit, well, off now we have somewhere reasonable that isn’t SC only.
Sorry only just back read this…
Supporters Club members will not be charged anything extra before the game, only the end of season do after the game is ticket only (£2.50 for members of WASC).FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
Because the Supporters Club had just moved back in to the Stadium, it was agreed that for the first few matches, if there was room, season ticket holders could go in to see what it was like.
As of the last home game, because of the entertainment and the expectancy of high numbers, you will have to be members to get in as mentioned at the Everton game.
I personally don’t think it is a bad deal, even if you don’t use the travel, at £5 per year. Garswood is a member of the Supporters Club anyway, are you?

What are you on about ‘go to the bar, a totally ridiculous situation’?
You need to be a Supporters Club member to get in the Supporters Club in the South Stand Suite. Not that anybody can go in and you need to be a member to get served, are you smoking something???

Saved WBA Premier League Status to replace a Roberto with a Roy. :roll:It’s all relative, we will never know if Di Matteo (or any of the other sacked managers) would have done the same or better.
