Ok let’s drop the word Thugby, I’d sooner have the word Chubsters any-road. :P

What a journey! All thugby games are a strain on the pitch.
Thugby!
If I was even tempted to take you seriously and treat you like an adult…
That seems a grown up sensible and clever description, bearing in mind the assault on that poor defensive Saints player a couple of months ago.

Just cos you didn’t invent the word Griff it doesn’t mean its childish and all that.
You are getting very boring with your put downs, it was quite funny a couple of years back, but is wearing extremely thin now. Even your mate Standish seems to have stopped his synchronized posting tactics:ohmy:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Bonny girl IMHO if you have ever been close to it. Knows fek aw about football so why get involved in this, how many games has she attended?
She is trying to make this another Ched Evans case and its not in the same league… keep your nose out Lisa and by the way what are you doing next Friday neet?

What a journey! The boy Cosgrove has netted another two goals today, so that 6 in 2 games. :woohoo:

What a journey!Jurgen Klinsmann has been on sky over the past few days talking about how he would like to manage a team in England, even at championship level.

What a journey!BK let it out the bag that Martinez had met him to discuss taking over from Moyes, immediately after the cup final.
Where did he say that? I recall him saying he had told him his tactics but I don’t recall him saying when.I could be wrong.
Also, if he had met BK then he would have done so with the allowance of DW and thus didn’t really do too much wrong.
Yes you are wrong!
jr, do you really believe this to be true?. If your right then questions need to be answered like were Everton guilty of tapping up or did Mr Whelan sanction this alleged meeting?. If the latter is fact then as Egg says Martinez has done little wrong and maybe the board were quite happy for change. Will we ever learn the truth?.
Just maybe, Roberto Martinez is anything but a Judas eh?.
Even if it isn’t true the twort is still a judas in my eyes.

What a journey!I’ve seen him play a few times and he is a big strong imposing lad. If they are good enough they are old enough. :)
I remember a puny little left back being forced into the first team many years ago through injuries to other players. Had a nightmare début but had to learn the hard way.
His name was Leighton Baines, the rest is history as they say. :ohmy:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! With our current plight should this thread not be locked?. Bobby is doing a far better job at Everton that the sausage eater is here. Is it not a bit stupid to slag off RM when we are in danger of being relegated if fortunes don’t change?. Also I’m pretty sure that if we had the chance to bring him back at Roslers expense then we would jump at the chance. Lets let it go and worry about our own manager and club and let Bobby do his best.
Yes your right, Bobby is doing a cracking job at Everton, got a great draw today against a team that got 8 knocked past um the other week. If I and others want to discuss the fortunes of a former manager we will do thank you very much, or are you saying we should stick to the topics that you and your “Thank you” buddies tell us?.
There are plenty of threads going on about the plight of our current Manager, do you want a link to um, or should I start another? :P
jr, I just think it is a bit rich to call a man who is doing a far better job than many expected when our own manager has us in the bottom 3. I’ve enjoyed this thread as it shows just how different we as fans see Bobby. But to continue to call him “Bottom Four Bob” when he got an under achieving Everton side into Europe seems a little weird. Does it also mean that from now on our great German friend will be forever known as “Bottom Three Ros”?. I myself was not chuffed the way he went but I wont become obsessed by it and hope he falls on his arse. I just know that if we get relegated how crap I’m gonna feel and won’t give a flying fcuk how Everton and RM have done.
Me to, but it wasn’t me who started this thread and the person who did start it, was referring to him as bottom 4 bob because of the fact he had us in there for a good length of his tenure, nothing to do with Everton.
BK let it out the bag that Martinez had met him to discuss taking over from Moyes, immediately after the cup final. The twort was still in charge of us and should have said fek off to BK until we had fought off relegation or tried our best to do so. That fucking sticks in my throat every time I see him spouting the same garbage out on telly. He is responsible for us being in this predicament now, putting too much emphasis on tippy tappy possession rather than winning bastard games.
Everton fans are beginning to get a bit edgy, his laptop tactics are proving not as good as BK creamed himself over.
Got um in Europe did he, so did Moyes if you didn’t know. Fulham, Bolton, Birmingham and get ready for it …..Wigan have played European Football in the last 10 seasons. There are a million ways to get in, even if you finish bottom of the league you can qualify if you have been nice on the field and not amassed a great deal of yellow and reds. clubs put less importance on the europa league than they do the FA cup these days.Look at what the thread author actually said on the first post. Everton are languishing mid table and will almost certainly fail to get CL footy again this year. It was bobby who promised it, not anyone else. He abandoned mine and your beloved club when he won us the drop, now that is enough for me to want the twort to fail.

What a journey!Martin you are of course correct in what you are saying and speak, I’m sure, for the majority. To be honest I think Waghorn Riera and Delort could work. I actually think all 3 are hungry and would bag us goals.
….from passes, crosses supplied by who?[/quote
Do you not know any of our players?
Yip but if half of our players are in the box waiting for crosses to come in, the opposition will be tapping into an empty net having broke away 4 on 3 or summut.
If you don’t win the ball you don’t make chances and to win the ball, you need to be competitive in midfield. Playing 442 the other week resulted in us losing midfield and creating jack shyte. Your theory would be good if we were allowed the same number of players on the field as they do in Rugby Union.

What a journey!I can see him and that Craig Charles getting on well, they are both head cases.

What a journey! To a certain extent Herr Rosler is totally correct. YOU NEVER GIVE UP ON A FOOTBALL PITCH !!
We did, and that shows a total lack of respect towards the club and then fans & sponsors, that in this era of financial fair play, do bank roll the the club. We pay pay the wages of these “footballers” who on the face of it couldn’t give a sh@t.
Clearly there is a massive issue between the players and the manager, and the continual chopping and changing of the starting XI just goes beyond all common sense. He needs to go, and they need to look themselves in the eye.
If my son turned in a performance on a Sunday morning matching those clowns of Friday night, he would be so ashamed.GET A GRIP LATICS WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS !!!!!!!!
I hold my head in shame as I was one of the wilder beast who sprang out of the Macron and traipsed up towards the motorway, well before the end of Friday’s game. Partly cos I wasn’t well and shouldn’t have gone in the first place and partly cos I was that wound up I was ready to grab the nearest corner flag and eat it.
11 minutes of awful defending and I mean awful. However, did the players give up??? I watched the game later in the evening from the time I missed having spat my dummy out and for 34 minutes of the second half, we won 1-0. We was also unlucky not to grab at least one more.
Is that giving up, or is that a Martinez style capitulation for about 10m mins?.I leave it to your good selves to decide our illustrious leader Mr Rosler says its giving up.

What a journey!Right, see ya all then because the man upstairs has made his decision and so there is fuck all else to discuss for now, unless of course you want to talk about England and somehow I doubt that! All the current threads are just going round in circles with differing views that at the end of the day will not change the status quo!
No doubt my closing Latin phrase will have some of you adding stuff like ” Well I think we are going ‘Down Down'” or ” The team seem to ‘Roll Over Lay Down’ to easily “! So if that is ‘What You’re Proposing’ then bring em on, it will take your mind off the other banal threads! :)WTF….Have you been putting more than clean water in your bucket fil old boy? :cheer:

What a journey!Have you looked at the table the right way up ? 3 wins in 17.Forwards goal tally’s playing his tinker-system Riera 1, Fortune 1,Waghorn 2 Delort 0…..working a treat isn’t it ?
There are benefits to playing two up front, you only have to look at Grant Holt. He looked liked he couldn’t hit a barn door for us but seems to be making an impact at Huddersfield. They play two up front by the way.
There does seem to be a rift between our players and manager which is evident on the pitch… We should not be in the bottom three with the players we have so maybe the manager should look at formations. Our goals for is pretty poor when all said and done..
Grant Holt couldn’t hit the proverbial “barn door” on Saturday for Huddersfield. He skied the ball over the bar from 2 yards out with goal at his mercy. :woohoo:

No, you and your lot can carry on for me. This thread is a constant reminder to me never to take any of you seriously, just like I rarely take my 10-year old seriously on the very odd occasions when he spouts similar naive, child-like, tantrum-inspired nonsense. ;)
Cant leave it alone can you Christopher, you don’t half come across as a Martinez “are slicker”. Tis you who art the child, but unfortunately most people on here know it apart from your good self and drinking buddies.
So take your photo of you and Bobsy Wobsy, stare into his luscious brown eyes and tell him how good a manager he is. Perhaps buy him a fluffy pair of beddies for crimbo and stick a couple of copies of your book in there.
Anyway I’m off to study the premier league table and see if Everton have hit a Champions League place yet. :lol:From Matlock to ManU
