Tonsillitis or binned off?
Binned off, I heard he had a pop at Fortune today in training. :woohoo:
The lad has got above his station, whoever manages him will have their hands full. A great talent that could go either way.

What a journey! At least we know Fortune is going to have a bad game, we don’t expect it from Maloney, Macmanaman, McCarthur, Perch, Beau [well maybe] I could go on, but the only one’s to come out with any credit tonight were Carson, Caldwell, Kiernan, Boyce and Gomez.
Guess what boys and girls, it was Rosler who picked Fortune over Waghorn and Maynard, shouldn’t he be getting the stick?.
Yes Fortune was shyte tonight, but so were a few others.
QPR done a good job on us tonight, it weren’t pretty, it weren’t edge of yer seat stuff, it was a bloody good job! :(
We are still in the tie and wouldn’t surprise me if we did um at their place.
We just have to make sure that we do a job on um, Uwe over to you son.

What a journey!A psychoanalyst speaks;JR is in denial of a significant incident with an orange in his childhood. His need to show contempt for things of Spanish origin is clearly a response to this.

Have you and your mate Griff had a threesome with him er what? :PThat’s not true though is it? I haven’t posted on this thread for over a month.
The Ipad King and The Elephant Man? What name have you got saved up for Rosler when he goes?
Depends on how and when he goes. The elephant man dumped us twice, the second time pillaging some of our best players and comparing us to Tesco, Sunderland being Harrods [in his first interview after taking the Sunderland job].
The iPad king got us relegated and then feked off, also taking a couple of our better players. He got us in this league, but hadn’t got the balls to give it just one shot at getting us back up, selfish git.Rosler has and is trying to get us back to the prem, fail or not I applaud him for joining a club of our stature and giving it a go. I hope he does succeed and we stand toe to toe with the big guns again, perhaps we may be the team that comes back to haunt our Bobby.
I get the impression that some of you are the hen pecked husband type who get walked all over, but are frightened of saying owt.

What a journey! We are here again….but where the fek is his champions league football?
Watch that interview again, it almost makes you feel sick listening to the two pillucks rambling on about how massive the club is and what they are going to achieve.
Standish says the Everton fans are quite happy with what he has achieved in his first season. The ones I have spoken to are pished off because their red neighbours have took the limelight from them again. The limelight being CL football.
One Everton season ticket holder I know was ranting about the defeat to city at home. He says they were 3-2 down and continued passing the ball about in their own half with less than 10 mins to go, does that sound familiar.

What a journey!I’ve seen that “ipad video” a few times and BK expected CL football this season.
Do you not think that Everton have been hanging around the top 5 / 6 for along time under Moyes, therefore the only progress for the club is CL football.
I also don’t think Martinez will see his 4 year contract out, if after 3 years he still hasn’t budged the club a gnats nudger. :woohoo:
Next season is the big test for Bobby if the likes of Lukaku and Barkley move on. Also, how long is Leighton Baines going to wait around for CL football, the years are passing him by quickly just like they have for “Steve Gerrard, Gerrard” and his premier league winners medal.
You forget: Everton didn’t appoint Martinez to move the club on.
They appointed him because their well respected, highly rated manager had just left to join Manchester United and they needed a replacement.
Matching the achievements of a manager poached by a club like United was all Everton wanted, and the Champions League comment was nothing more than a statement of ambition and something to appease the Everton fans who were growling about the news that they’d just appointed a recently relegated manager. Otherwise Kenwright might as well have announced everything else he discussed with Martinez in his interview.
I very much doubt Martinez will ever get Everton into the Champions League considering he has to better the likes of Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham who have much bigger resources than them, and unless there’s a sudden cash injection into Everton, they’ll have to be content with Europa League football.
I’ll stake my mortgage on Martinez not being sacked for achieving only that.
I don’t know a single Everton fan who isn’t happy with what Martinez is doing at their club. Are they calling for his head because he didn’t get them Champions League football? Are they f’ck.
But if it makes you feel better, you carry on knocking one out over his failure.
Let’s see exactly how many points you are out next Sunday!
It isn’t hard to find misguided – and prejudiced – predictions. This thread is like a string of pearls – they appear on every page! Here’s yet one more;

Everton & Bobby will win sweet Fanny Adams and qualify for nowt !
Roberto has given you all a good run for your money and, quite simply, far exceeded your expectations. Has he failed? I suppose that depends on your definition of failure.
Last season, he took a small town club to Wembley and won.
This season he has taken Everton – financially a mid-table club like Aston Villa and Sunderland – to fifth place, and challenged Arsenal for a place in the Champions League. That’s something the Bobsessives regarded as unthinkable.
I’m sure Aston Villa and Sunderland would settle for that degree of failure.
Meanwhile, we’ve finished fifth in the Championship. With any luck, we’ll be able to measure our success when we come up against him again next season. Your thoughts are, of course, welcome.
Everton are currently 7 points behind Arsenal and may probably be 10 come weekend. Pushing them?, well if you think so.
As for the term Bobsessives, that my dear friend is for you and the other few geeks who wee in their pants every time there’s a negative post about him.
You love reaping old posts up, why not count the number of posts by each CL member on threads about Martinez and see who comes in the top 3. I’ve written 3 user names down here and bet I’m not an ants testicle out.

What a journey!Richest club in the world tops Premier League. That’s hardly headline news.Midtable club with modest resources finishes fifth. Is that success or failure?
The Everton fans can only complain that they’ve been denied all the excitement of a relegation battle promised by Bottom Four Bob.
Shall I explain again, that although I didn’t personally call Martinez “Bottom Four Bob” I fully understood that the creator of that name, Lostockhall Latic, was referring to, the fact that during his reign at Wigan, that’s where we spent a lot of our time, i.e. in and around the bottom 4.
Even then Lostock asked how long it would be before BFB had Everton at the wrong end of the table, not bottom 4.
Read the first post again for the 85th time.If united get a decent manager and spurs get Ronald de Boer, I think the iPad king may struggle to reach a Europa league spot next season.
PS; even though you had to reap it up, I wasn’t far out with my prediction of Hull dropping like a lead balloon. They only avoided the drop mathematically after the penultimate week of the season. B) the elephant man got the squeaky bum experience that I hoped he would. :P
