What a journey!Apparently he was seen in the BBC studios this afternoon playing table tennis with Mark Chapman. :woohoo:
Why, do they not have any table tennis bats? ;)[/quote]
No and Chapman’s head is smooth on one side and pimply on the other. :P

What a journey!Every time I see Ellington and Roberts playing together, it really does bug me that we will never know how good a pairing they would have been in the prem. :(

What a journey! We are by far a better team with Powell in it. Yesterday he seemed to be popping up everywhere, it looked like there were 5 Nick Powells on the pitch. I have not seen a bead of sweat on him yet and his miles per match must be the highest in all four divisions.
Plays with a smile and a swagger, just like all the great footballers do.Lazy?……no way, this lad will be the next big thing at OT. God knows what he’ll be like in 2-3 years time.

What a journey!Yip remember it well and was it a young looking Mike Atkinson refereeing the game?

What a journey!Needs match fitness, had both hands on hips after 10 mins of coming on.
Looks a great prospect for a 19 year old, put a few decent tackles in, although I had 3 heart attacks watching him jockey their mon at the edge of our box. :woohoo:

What a journey!too much money has been wasted last couple of seasons on players not upto it
squad is too big
so i see this season now as one where uwe will have to sort out the squad with cut backs
and so on
no players will be bought as uwe already stated loans only, which tells me rest of this season is just a sorting out process
probably just missing out on the play offs
next season uwe after sorting out this mess left by coyle and getting rid of bobs deadlegs
i think we will go for promotionSorry to disagree but I’m lumping on us making the play offs.
The mess can still be sorted out whilst the team is getting right on the field. My worry is if we miss out on promotion and fall away like many teams before us have, with better history. Get in that prem league and players will see us as a better proposition than one satisfied with a mediocre championship team.
This is not built on hopes, it’s taking into account where we are having had a crap manager, been side tracked by European trips, had more than our fair share of injuries and having a new manager with a different way of playing. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Bill Maynard? he’s the gaffer. The grass might also be greener on the other side. :cheer:

What a journey!Have you seen the video where Clough gets torn apart by the new England manager at the time, Don Revie. :woohoo:
Brian Clough was the football managers version of a school yard bully. The players at Leeds would not stand his obnoxious personality and got him turfed out after 7 weeks.
How good would it have been if our players had taken the same stance with OC.

What a journey!Chloe is appearing at the Rose Variety Club [thowd News Springs legion]next Saturday 11th January.
It’s the place where you got fed and watered when on the charity walk from the DW to the Reebok a few seasons ago but entry is now at the back of the club.
If you have nowt planned get up there and listen to the voice of an angel.
There are plenty tics men in New Springs, so there will be plenty to discuss / debate in between spots. :cheer:

What a journey!I was watching the draw with my eldest lad and both of us were getting wound up that there was no mention of the current cup holders.
Our number didn’t appear on the “numbers to look out for” screen, until about half way through the draw. Having said that, Man U’s number came on the screen well after us, so that made me feel a bit better.
I personally hope we can progress in this competition. We know better than anyone that it’s winnable if you play well, things go your way and you get that bit of luck.
It will be a tough, tough game away at the Dons, but so was Bournemouth, Macclesfield and Everton last season. :cheer:
