Suppose the cup run was nice whilst it lasted.[/quote]
Didn’t we beat Arsenal on our way to the last final we reached?

What a journey!
Did you spot Steve McMillan wincing in agony on that photo. Apparently raised his arms a bit too quickly and pulled a muscle in his armpit. Was out for 6 months missing the start of the next season, only to return in December and pick up that nasty twisted sock injury. 8-)

What a journey!Still a team we should have beaten though…..Bollux! Noblot are a very experienced premier league side who have also ventured in Europe. We [the royal we] are not that nieve or cocky enough to think these teams “should” be beaten. After the first 20 mins we looked better than Bolton in every dept. and that in itself was very pleasing indeed.
All in all a great point unless of course you are one of the darkside or a chubster, then its 2 points thrown away against a shyte side. ;) :roll:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! It was really weired what happened with Macca today. He gets clobbered and the physio gives a cross sign to the bench when he sees him, which to me says “leg broken” They carefully strap him to the stretcher and all the way to the touchline he seems to be almost arguing with the SJA team. When he reaches Bobby I see him mouth “I’m OK” and Bobby tells Momo, who is standing stripped ready to come on to put his tracky top back on. At this point several staff run down the tunnel and I suddenly get the feeling that Macca is going to come running back down from the dressing room any moment and come back on or summut.
2-3 minutes later, Richie Evens comes back from tunnel area and Momo is then told he’s going on.Very, very strange sequence of events. :?: :o

What a journey! What’s the crack with getting in, I’ve paid for 2 tickets through paypal but not received anything yet? Got my paypal receipt to Martin Tarbuck if thats any good ont neet??
I emailed this to everyone who has bought a ticket…
PS it’s now over £350
Ladies and gents,
Thanks for buying tickets for Friday night and thanks for supporting Bernard’s charity, we’ve already raised over £300 in advance ticket sales and donations.
I hope that you don’t mind but we won’t be sending tickets out as it will cost money to produce and post them out. I hope this does not cause an issue – we think it would be better if all the money went directly to the cause.
In terms of gaining entry, I will put a guest list together and your names will be on it along with the number of tickets you have bought, so just say your name upon arrival and if you have bought tickets for others arriving separately, please tell them to do the same.
Once again, thanks for your support and I am sure Bernard will be thanking everyone on the night and writing to you separately to thank you afterwards
Regards

What a journey! Why oh why is he persisting with Wayne Rooney, he has not contributed once in that first 45 mins.
There was a thread earlier this week questioning the call up of Kevin Davis. Bleedin eck a bit of KD’s thuggery won’t go amiss in the second half, Crouch looks like Jimmy Krankie would knock him off the ball!! :roll:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Easy win or banana skin????I think 3-0, even Rooney scored :D
Is that you Mr Pakistan cricket captain? :o

What a journey!I think we may be in a different section this season.
When I’ve seen Newcastle on the box this season, the away fans seem to be at the back of the goals just to the right as you look into the stand.I was in that section that night when Cantona scored that famous winner against the Geordies when Keegan was in charge. [don’t ask me why its a long story] It looks like they’ve put the away fans section back to its original place.
I have a great photo of me and my mate at SJP stood at the top of the steps having walked up to our concourse. We look like we’ve just finished the London marathon.
Have they not heard of lifts in Newcastle!! :oops:From Matlock to ManU
What a journey! There’s more chance of wayne rooney winning husband of the year!!

What a journey! To be honest.. All B0llocks! Play what tactics you want to play! We haven’t had too many problems playing against them, it’s the ‘pretty’ teams such as arsenal that complain about them. What they are doing isnt against the rules.. as long as they dont try to purposely try to break someones leg! the odd ‘hard but fair’ tackle is good for the game and the spectators!Karl Henry??? :o
