What a journey! It isn’t just new players we need at this club. I love to go watching the lads win or lose, its part of being a fan. But what we need is the Wigan Athletic fight back in our team. Like I said i used to love watching them but in all honesty it doesn’t bother me anywhere near as much if I have to miss a match anymore because when we are losing it is like we roll over and die, we need the fight back that we had under Bruce and Jewell, Maybe Martinez should look at that before it turns January as we do have some real quality in our team already in certain positions, certainly individuals who are capable of changing the course of a game. Instill the confidence back into our team and get them actually fighting for Wigan Athletic and for the fans, we deserve at least that, and it’s what they’re paid for. I don’t think there wouldn’t be as much moaning and complaining about us losing if they just showed some effort and passion.I saw passion and fighting for Wigan Atrhletic in abundance, during the second half on Saturday. :o

What a journey!I agree about Gomez thought he had a good game just wish he would let fly instead of doing too much, as for scotland the jury is still out on him we all want him too do it but i think he not thinking quick enough in this league
Probably wouldn’t let fly for fear of being slagged off from all corners of the ground.
Or praise from the Superfans
According to the Collins Gem football dictionary, the word “Superfan” means “someone who has a wealth of footballing knowledge, can read the game better than the average fan and doesn’t slate their team off or players just for the sake of it, or because they are closet rugby fans”.

What a journey! There are people slipping and sliding all over the place. Many places are just a sheet of ice, and it’s very dangerous.
I’m not sure it should be on, in all honesty. :o
I take it all these people are happily shopping?

What a journey! No they get to the ground, get sat down for 2 hrs then get back home. “pottering” round the shops is far more dangerous with all those heavy bags and stuff…. Tosh

What a journey! If the FA did decide to have a winter break, whats the odds on two England friendlies being arranged by the said same FA, one against Christmas Island and the other against Teegoontaria a small province somwhere in South East Asia.

What a journey! Can’t see the council gritting the perimeter of the ground(where we queue up) or the car parks mate.I walked round the perimeter of the ground today at about 1:30pm and it was just slush. The pathways around the retail park however were like a skating rink and yet shoppers were merrily pottering about with sticks and zimmers.
What a big load of tosh!!

What a journey! But isn’t Sinclair with us on loan till the end of the season? He plays in the same position as Moses and is valued at over 10 million.
Sounds OK to me, thats unless chelsea recall Sinclair back in January. From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!Even Rochdale managed to play on Saturday and that is only third to Oldham and Aspull for the coldest places on earth.
Just been round the ground and Robin Park retail, there are 7,000 cars parked on the retail car parks nice and snug and there is more Thaw in the area than The Sweeney and Inspector Morse ever saw!!

What a journey!A risk assessment should be completed to identify controls to make things happen not look for reasons why they can’t.
1) Get some grit down and get the outside of the ground cleared, [its took me a good hour this morning to clear my drive due to the thickness of the ice, but I’ve done it] just throw some bodies at it!!
2) Get some extra stewards to supervise the car parks, and keep traffic speeds down.
3) The approach roads are being used as I type so what’s the problem.
If someone goes down, which they could easily do it if it was wet and windy, then you’ve done everything that is reasonably practicable to prevent accidents / incidents.
I’m bored already and not been off a full day yet, I need this footy game!!
