Why pay for something when you can get it for free?

The added bonus that it pisses you off makes it even better.

And as for winning with 30 seconds to go, boy that must have pissed you off even more.

        Have a great weekend – I will!

How sad it is that your idea of having a great weekend is coming onto a football fans forum of a team you don’t support.

I’m sure you could think of better things to do. I don’t know and don’t care what Bullitt gets up to on other forums, but to me, it seems like you are just as bad if not worse, having seen the drivel** you have been posting on here for years.

        **drivel

Noun: nonsense. “don’t talk such drivel!”

Had many great nights with Alan and Graham Hill in Lanzerote, the main topic of conversation was always the Tics.

A great character who will be sadly missed.

RIP Good buddy, say hello to Graham and Caz for me.

Whats the point of moaning about Brexit, it was a fair referendum with both sides of the in and out being represented by all the political parties. I don’t see any political strategy behind it, Cameron had made a promise and fair play to him he stuck to it.
Whether we like it or not, its been done and it seems that many of the stay brigade can’t wait to say I told you so. I think its tad disrespectful to voters insinuating they didn’t know what they where voting for. If you haven’t a clue what impact leaving the EU will have long term, but just voted leave because you are not happy with the way the country is being run at the moment, then good on yer. I listened to every debate, researched the internet, looked at what the business people had to say and was still undecided which way to vote whilst walking to the polling booths.

The way I see it is that the government now have to do what they are paid to do and not sit around letting the EU do it for um.

There is a big world out there with money to spend on commodities, lets do a good marketing campaign and nose ourselves into that market.

Lets revisit our immigration laws and put policies in place that will allow us to manage it so as to best suit our little island. There is plenty of good talent over the seas that can make a positive contribution to our economy, we must still harvest this talent. However we can’t just play the numbers game like the EU dictate, its totally bolluxed us up.

I’m not sure why, but it seems that other countries think we are big boys now who can look after ourselves, the peoples vote to leave the EU has sent out a chilling message, not just to the EU and its member countries, but to all corners of the world.
From what I’m hearing, it wont be long before other EU countries follow suit, perhaps this will have a bearing on how well we do from this massive, massive democratic decision.

I for one will not be expecting major changes for quite some time yet, its going to be one long hard slug, some things may improve others may go tits up, but one thing is for sure, I don’t want to hear the words “I told you so” until the powers that be have rolled their sleeves up and had a go.

It’s all coming out now, just been on news that the EU have been funding Chinese Steel, the very competitor that have been grabbing our trade.

I was a bit uncertain about taking the decision to vote out, a week on, boy am I glad we did it. :woohoo:

Not sure if this is the tact that he should have taken, but to be fair to him Farage has not pussy footed about like your typical politicians when addressing a body like the EU.

I take it you are expressing your frustration at Euro 2016, where Portugal will be in this situation if they win their QF…..[/quote]

Comparing the Euros to the challenge cup now are we.

One has a selection of top European teams, with world class players, watched by millions in the stadiums and multi millions on TV.
The other has 3-4 teams who can seriously win it, watched by an handful of flat cap wearing, whippet owning, off seed shouting no marks.

As for Portugal, have another look at the games they will have played to get into the LAST 8, you wazzuck.

Despite getting a walloping every time you come on here, you still come back. I’ll applaud you for that sunbeam!! :cheer:

Speaking of big flags, are they planning to make another appearance come August? I note that the front 5 rows of the Boston & South stand are not available for Season Ticket purchases.

They’d need a flag as big as the Isle of man to cover the empty seats at the DW toneet…. allegedly  . Win two games thent semi, WTF is that all erbart?

Just flicking around after the Wales v N. Ireland match and the DW was on BBC2. It looked like the Eggs were using it for a training match or summat. I realised it was some sort of match because there were quite a few fans in the visitors section. Maybe a friendly with all those empty seats.
Next I noticed the pitch that apparently has just been reinstated. My God it is tearing up in long threads and looking like it needs to bed in before the season starts. Why the hell do we keep spending good money on this pitch then see it ripped up again?? May as well just play on a midden. I hope those Slutch Rats contribute to the upkeep but I will hold my breath on that one.

Go on, admit it, you couldn’t resist seeing if the chubbies were losing, never mind just flicking around after the Ireland – wales game.

Glad you like it George, like you, I grew up with S & G and still rate “The Boxer” in my top 10 songs of all time.

I never get bored with listening this song, not sure I like all the Disturbed albums though, quite a lot of their songs reflect how Dave Draiman looks. :woohoo:

I think its credit due to Draiman here, for stepping out his comfort zone to record this song. Whatever Genre of music you like, there will be specific parts of this arrangement of the Sound of Silence, that everyone will like.
