not.sounds like another zaki in the making to me,fookin off but not coming back.
saturdays game will without doubt be the lowest attended of the weekend me thinks.
no it wont  [/quote]
why not? :?Happy new year people.. Hope you all recover from your hangovers for a great new year and a year where the Latics inconsistency goes away and we start a long unbeaten run in all competitions, starting with Hull at home tomorrow. :)thanks, and we wont.
Dont think anyone can forget what Jewell did for us, but it’s what he Wasn’t doing when he left. Roberts and Ellington may have been the best but like you said but, these two did it in the prem. I honestly think Rodellaga has what it takes to be part of a good partnership but Martinez wont let him have one, saying that he hardly lets him play up front. I would take roberts back now, and play him and Rodders up front!if we arnt gettin roberts back i would think beattie and rodders could be a nice partnership.
more to the point, will anyone be goin?? only two stands open int there?
reallistically i think we should go for beattie for a start, dont think that would be askin to much.prem experience, knows were the goal is,unlike some, could do much worse.david healy?
i sat in es3 today and from my point of view the atmosphere was really good, druumer boy did his bit,and i thought that we kept the rovers fans very quiet.on the game, draw was prob fair,we could easily have lost it,but no subs??,seems like we didnt go that extra bit ti try and win it to me. i would have roberts back last week for that carthorse that we have upfront, and yes, those streets leading to canal bridge, good god, diabolical but comical at the same time. ;)
it does seem to be a bit strange that charles seems to be red hot at the moment and without doubt our best player just as the window is about to open.i wonder…. :o
am just gettin inside robbie keanes head ere,i have the fantastic oppurtunity to go oop north, take a 50k drop in wages a week, play in the quietest ground in the league and whats more, team up with jason scotland, after careful consideration fook it,al take my chances ere! basically,i to am sayin if robbie came to wigan,i would also show my kaliber to the queen.
i would suggest that nothing better than maximum points from the next 2 home games is essential.its not an impossible task but we need to start stickin our chances away(mr scotland!),not 100% sure without checking but isnt man u after blackburn game? which makes the next 2 games very important.are they gonna be up for a scrap in this weather is what i ask myself,we shall see.
depends if i have to shop at aldi or tesco, but i would go for beatie up fronti thought the same myself the other day about beattie,if he is on his way out of sjoke then we could do worse than try and pinch him on the cheap, prem experience, good partner for rodd if we go for the 2 up option.still think we would need to buy another striker tho. 1 name that cropped up the other day was david healy, always thought he was a good player but just hasnt happened last few seasons, maybe he needs a new club??
both bang on there,i havnt been impressed by gomez but he dd have a good game saturday, seems to be a player that draws a lot of fouls out of opposing teams, deffo a better player when he has a bit of time on the ball,he might well get that at anfield, like you said,we have nothin to lose, they will be desperate for a win and they will probably expect one against us,so lets go for it. :)
if this season is anything to go by we will win 3-0,scotland hatrick. ;)
