…and playing like his ass is on fire

Have you been watching Police Academy films?

I’m sure McCarthy would be a great captain when he’s older, but he’s still a big young in my opinion.
to use an old cliche what the hell does it matter how old you are, reckon he would make a great leader.   also, boyce is a must start for me,seems to have added rampaging runs in to the box to his game to!!

I know yer, im not gohoris biggest fan but my grandad is better than caldwell haha
The only 2 changes i would do is diame out for mccarthur and maybe start cleverly now hes fit instead of moses and get moses on about 60 mins
I really like moses but i think he is better used as an impact player than a starter, which i think is the opposit for cleverly

thought moses did well last week and did he not create the first goal by cuttin in to the box?

agree 100% about caldwell, please do not play this guy bob.yes,we conceded 3 last week but even though i`m not gouhori`s biggest fan that last 10 mins when rovers were bombardin those high balls in the box him and boyce hardly missed a header, figs is still the week link for me,if you watch him he just runs after the ball instead of stickin with his man,you see the amount of times this mon gets caught and the wide mans on his own.also, mcarthy for captain!

i did fancy hammers to get out of it and fully expected them to beat brum today but they looked poor.its gonna go right to the wire this season, nobody is gettin cut adrift which usually happens at this stage of the season.

i do agree with that, and have done for sometime now.highly over rated and the chances he gets and doesnt take just isnt good enough.what the hell happened to di santo? when he signed and made his debut, against rovers i think,i though this guy looks like has got it,technically very good, quick etc etc.think that was his last decent game.

Did anyone else think we were knackered when the Chuckle brothers were reunited in the second half last night?

It’s been said by so many us, but these two chumps are so below Premier League standard it’s unbelievable. I don’t think I have ever seen a slower player than Gary Caldwell yet Bob has this blind faith in him and makes him captain.

I give you Arjan de Zeeuw & stephane henchoz, two of the slowest defenders I have seen, bet you would choose these slow defenders over todays centre backs.

Quality of the midfield covered for them properly, not like today.
that is correct, but they could actually defend, unlike gaz and ste!!

well, its been a funny season results wise and you couldnt rule us out of taking 3 points(cant see it myself),but do we have the fight that the others seem to be showing, not sure myself.

Shambles from Bobhead again. And my cat is better than bosselli. And he’s dead.
it really was pitiful at times, you wouldnt have thought that we could have gone 12th if we had won,no urgency,no nothin, absoulte garbage.

Wether you like him or not he is by far our best left back and IMO up to all the speculation last season about his future he was one of our most consistent performers.
your so right,he was, consistently crap, and still is.

bob is going to get it right.if you remember back end of last season when kirkland use to roll it out, pointless passin across the back four, back to kirkland, repeat etc.feel as though we have improved a lot since then, lot better going through midfield, just still slightly missing up front yet, need more of a threat in the box,but i feel as though we are almost there, thats until january comes and we lose half our team!

Was sat next to some Blackburn stalwarts in their 500 club on Saturday and not one of them had a good word to say about Roberts. They even moaned when he scored saying that he fluffed his shot and it was lucky to go in. Sounded a bit like I remembered him towards the end of his time with the Latics. They said he runs the channels well but is always looking for the free kick and often ends up on the floor holding his hands up when he should be chasing back.
You can’t turn back the clock I’m afraid, leave him a be.

seconded i`m afraid.had his best years with us.
