I would prefer us to play 2 up front with moreno playing but cant see this happening and dont think McCarthy or Charluie deserved to be dropped
I think your right stepton about the players not fearing bobby. I cant remember as many lackluster first half under Jewell or Bruce or even Huitchings for that matter

I think at the time we signed him we didnt have much back up in central defence and was a cheap option. Dosent look good enough however but dont think we will see much of him now we have Caldwell and the african lad.
Are you being serious if it were not for Whelan we would still be in the third divison at best playing at Springfield Park in front of 2000 people every week. I am not the biggest Whelan fan as he has promised war chest after war chest that hasnt materialised however what he has done for the club and the town has been amazing
Megsons beensacked by Notlob. Can see then bringing in Hughes or Curbishley and wither of them keeping them up now though.
Nicky Shorey from Villa was a star for Reading when they first came up and got called up for England if i remember rightly. On loan at Forest at the moment and looked good on sky the other day against nob end. Can attack and defend too unlike Bale.
