Me and HORC getting saved,by an owd granny, from getting a kicking by eight Bristol City fans at the JJB Stadium. She herself was a City fan and I can remember her giving them a good scalding along the lines of : “Get back on your coach, your are a disgrace to your club. Leave these two lovely chaps alone”. She might have even been thrashing her brolly at them.

I’m not one to call for the managers head but it really looks like we are going down with this mon in charge. The painful bit is that these players can get us out of it but what they are doing is not working and that is down to the man in charge

Even though he was a former Nob End / Bolton stalwart, I gave him the benefit of the doubt; but time is up !We got rid of:
Wildschut, who could get past two or three players in one go.
Gomez, love him or hate him, he was the mon that could deliver that killer pass.

Maybe if we had a more positive shape & line up, that would have sparked the fans into action. It’s difficult to cheer something that is predictably drab. It was like going to a strippers night, knowing that the girls were not going to get their kit off !!!
The most negative Latics formation ever; don’t think we got in their half for more than two sustained seconds in the first twenty minutes. After their goal we played a little more attack minded; which just emphasised that WJ would have been more than happy with a draw. To top it all, Blackburn were garbage; so what does that make us. Then our substitution farce was worse than the Juckle Brothers. I afraid it calls for immediate surgery; time to cut Mr Joyce loose.
