The show has started. First tickets sold.
My sentiments exactly. Each to their own i guess.
Get a grip. Villa lose on monday against United and its still in our own hands. If we match what Villa do and beat them last match we stay up.
If we don’t, we’ve had an unbelievable ride and we’ll hope to rebuild.
£115 a bit expensive though. They’re not even near the half way line.
The Torch was o.k, over £4 a pint and pretty crammed. Didn’t help it pissing down, otherwise there would have been plenty of room outside.
Not far off Wembley Way and Wembley Park Station with Mc’ds and Subway around the corner.
Mayfair Travel Wigan Road left 9am prompt, was there at 1.15pm. £35 on sale now.
It’s all kicking off a’la Ross Kemp on Wigan.
get them on Jeremy Kyle to sort it out once and for all[/quote]
I’d pay to watch that.

From what i remember Otter, you had a choice of singing section either lower or upper. Otherwise it was just a case of pick your price category and then take pot luck.
Did you get to choose at the ground?

Only problem I foresee is the cost. Not everyone will be able to get the cheaper seats.
My brother and his two lads who went to the semi want to go, and at the cheapest it will cost £200 including travel. Add to that the cost of the semi and your starting to talk serious cash.
It will be full but only because some will sell to city fans. There are already some city forums saying they have friends who are Wigan fans who can get them tickets.
They’ll easy sell the 21,000. Glad its 2 per season ticket.

Can’t believe the names i missed. Hard under time pressure.
What I’m trying to say though, is that most people like yourself probably know someone with a season ticket who can get you a ticket. I’d suggest most people on the database have a family or friend who would get them a ticket.
Putting it on a database basis gives a greater chance imo of tickets going to people who want to profit or have just seen a couple of games this season.
Also there would still be 4-5000 still up for grabs, to I would hope, genuine fans.
Like you said though, having a who’s got the longest dick scenario for the database is almost impossible to work out.
Maybe if they said that for the second ticket you have to provide the name of a person who is on the database, then it would stop buying for family who haven’t been before?
Also with Database sales, will it also be the case that season ticket holders who will obviously be on the database get a second crack at tickets?
I’d hate to think what the meetings are like at the DW about all this. I need a lye down!
I agree. I feel that the best way to keep city fans out of our end and get the most genuine fans going, two per season ticket is best.
That still leaves about 4-5000 for people on the database with a consistent purchasing history.
Not many would get on the black market because i dont know many season ticket holders who wouldn’t utilise their second ticket for family or genuine latics fans.
Would be far easier for the club to administer and prevent family and friends sitting all over the shop.
On City forums their are loads buying tickets for Swansea to get on the database. Doubt they will let you have a final ticket on the back of these games.
