I would hang on to your money until after the dust has settled on the outgoing players. :(
Good thinking. Everybody will overreact to losing a few players and the odds will get longer and longer. So when we pick up the trophy next year (One of 3 we will win next season) we will all make even more money.
I voted for Shaun.
No brainer really for me.
I would love Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer if Bobby moved on to pastures new.
What’s he said this time?
Wigan Athletic have only ever had 10 years in the top two flights. Being on the Championship ain’t so bad. We all enjoyed those two years.
Everybody said we would be straight down after one year. Well we’ve had 8, we’ve been to a league cup final and won an FA Cup. Next season we will be in Europe. Party time at Villa. We need to celebrate 8 glorious year and one glorious Saturday at Wembley.
Plus there’s a tonne of awesome away games to look forward to next year (and Europe aways). And I agree with those who think we might actually get better away attendances next season.
This is Wigan Athletic. Playing in the Championship was just a pipe dream not so long ago.
The way Bobby talks about the club, he clearly has a real affection for the club, the town and Sir Dave Whelan. He also is passionate about his vision for the club. The more I hear him talk in interviews the more I suspect he will stay.
My money says Bobby will lead us out at Wembley once more.
I think the number of players who stay will differ vastly on what Martinez does. If he stays then some of our players will stay. If he goes a lot will go as well.
Di Santo, Alcaraz, Figueroa, McCarthy all gone regardless.
Maloney, McManaman, Gomez, Kone and others might stay if Bobby does.
I hope Bobby stays. I don’t know if I can watch Bruce type football again.
Ugh relegation sucks balls. I need the next few weeks to fly by so I can’t start looking forward to next season.
Villa needs to be a celebration of 8 amazing years and one very special day at Wembley.
being honest its been ont cards?you cant keep going on like this year in year out it was always gona catch up.[/quote]
Of course it was. We all knew it would be a case of when and not if. And there’s nothing to say we won’t be back next year. It still sucks balls though.

Fuck.
Damn Callum.
Come on lads!
The fuck in there Shaun!
Never a free kick though haha.
This is better.
We need to settle down for 10 minutes here and limit the pressure. As long as we keep it at 1 until 60 we will have a chance.
