Doing the same as today ? Yer right!
Were all fooked and so are villa who are going to be rite in this come end of season!
The difference is we have the best young manager in Europe to lead us ….. :cheer: ;) :P goodpost
fair play to Roberto today switched to a 4 5 1 and saw it didn’t work so changed back to 4 4 2 .
7 years in the premiership we shall not be moved!!!!!!!
who can’t f###in tackle??
Well played today jordi !!!!!!!
WE SHALL NOT BE MMMOOOOVVVEEEDDDDD
We shall not we shall not be moved
We shall not we shall not be moved
7 years in the premiership
WE SHALLLL NNNOOOTTTT BBBEEEEE MMMMOOOOOVVVEEEDDDD!!!!
I think that like the team it may be too little too late but hey if you get a kick from it then carry on ! Each to their own. You have set a precedent now as I said you would prior to the first time !Get off your horse filadelphia!!!
Brilliant turn out to clap the fans in and a brilliant result no thanks to you ya miserable git !
Who was on about that catch 22 dribble for cheering the team on?
we shall not we shall not be moved!!!!!!!!
McCarthy McArthur Diame Jones Thomas and Watson
all of those for me can stay in a a classic central midfield position or a bit deeper.
Gomez as you should know plays as a forward and is currently our top scorer.
Not saying he is a world beater and if anything I would like to see him
make more of an impact but at the moment I would rather have him in the squad than not.As far as scapegoat’s go there is a handfull of players higher up the list than Gomez.
Alcaraz and Caldwell for making school boy defensive errors to throw 3 points away at vital moments.
or how about for Diame for missing 2 absolute sitters 2 games on the trot that Stephen Hawking could of put away.
Mccarthy in my opinion hasnt stepped his game up this season.
And Di Santo is still not scoring despite having numerous chances and doing everything else in his game brilliantly.
Feck it I’ll even throw GOhouri in there for good measure.
12 Goals in 44 games in the championship aint too shabby either.
Me and Scoffy were there – along with the famous Dave From Skem! – and I will get the write up to Jason hopefully later today, or maybe tomorrow depending how work goes. You, scoffy and filmoss…
Bomber Roberts BANG and the S**T is gone :cheer:
Have that goal on a video somewhere … not that I have the means to play it anymore.
Did you know Bomber works as a project manager for manchester shitty nowadays? the world has gone mad.
can anyone remember who crossed the ball in from the left? I cant even remember…
Gotta admit I am one of those annoying people who stand on the stairs in the final minutes of the game ready to go once the whistle blows…
Can’t believe some of you lot are still moaning? For crying out loud, one defeat in 7 with away wins at Liverpool and Bolton, what the hell do you want?
We wanted the team to give 100%, they,re doing it. We wanted an improvement in form, we’ve got it.
We wanted an improvement in atmosphere, we’ve got it.
We wanted to instill belief, 1 point from safety we’ve got it.I’ll be asking real questions and trying to inspire confidence and build up towards Saturdays meet n greet versus Stoke, not doing my best to ruin it. :P
I don’t know which part of the ground you sit in but the atmosphere isn’t exactly fever pitch is it !! So anyhow re questions to Bob. What you gonna ask him then ” Hows the family ? “
Babis, you could ask him to provide vuvuzelas for all the fans, low pitch for dark side high pitched for light, be a cracking atmosphere then!
Seriously, I would ask him, what would win in a fight between a badger and a raccoon, you might aswell get some usable knowledge from it, because you’ll get fuck all else out of him, no matter what you ask!
I think the Raccoon….

Haha made me laugh that setting off to the ground….
Seriously though take a chill pill Filly :)
I honestly think if Martinez got his boots on and scored 5 goals to keep us up he would still have his critics…
I’m fine man ! I thought it was a great result last Saturday ! I was actually jumping around the house cheering like a mad man !! I fully understand the meaning of the win to many fans but I just wish it had come earlier that’s all because other fans cant see what it means. All they can see is a shite Liverpool side at the moment ! :P
I stopped giving a shit what other teams “fans” thought a long time ago..
one of the classic conversations I have had in my time…
Man U “fan”: Who do you support?
Me: Wigan
Man U “fan”: Wigan?!? why?…
Me: Because…
Man U “fan”: But there shit…
Me: You’re shit! I bet you have never even been to Old Trafford.
Man U “fan”: Yeah I have a few times!!!
Me: What match?
Man U “fan”: Well not a match but I’ve been to the megastore…
Me: :huh:Thats 99% word for word.
I’ll be asking real questions and trying to inspire confidence and build up towards Saturdays meet n greet versus Stoke, not doing my best to ruin it. :PNail on the head fella.
Haha made me laugh that setting off to the ground….

United – being born & raised a red means old habits die hard. As blue & white as I have been for the last 20 odd years, if Latics can’t win a competition then the only other team I would like to see win it are United.Besides which I think many Latcis fans who experienced City at first hand when they were down in the 3rd div with us for that season realises what a bunch of absolute c***s they really are
I’m same as you Tyldsley I’ll never look back and was prety young when I changed.
But its not only my sweet spot for Man U that makes we want them to win it.
I hate City , without a doubt the worst fans going.
When we drew them in the carling cup the amount of shit I got for weeks in school drove me insane!
That all went away with a bit of Neil Roberts magic.
not to mention the amount city shirts you see about Salford now …
Ya never heard a peep ten years ago and now they are all crawling out of the woodwork.
I hope America steals all the owners oil they go bust flatten the stadium and outlaw any mention of Manchester Shitty from that day forward by penalty of death.
Until that day they can stick it up their arse!
The same people who see winning at Anfield as an historic moment most likely have a calm view to that of relegation.
Old school or maybe just schooled in general….
I’m not old enough to remember the glory days of Liverpool but alot of people on here would of been around when they were today’s equivalent of Man U.
And if we beat Man U at the DW I will have a plaque placed on my forhead to celebrate the historic moment in which we beat one of the best teams in the world!
But as the alarm clocks off I think we will get our arses torn by them….
I will always have a soft spot for Valencia but putting that aside the way he has been playing this season is immense… so I hope he doesnt play as I think he will fly plast Booser / Figger and cause us all sorts of problems.
All in all it just makes the Stoke game that much more important.
So taking into account the people who have been coming on this board saying the team give them nothing to cheer about you’ve got your win at Anfield so get behind the team and one of the best young managers in europe.
