Why would he pick him?
I’ve mentioned before – I actually saw him play for the Development Team a few weeks back. Lasted about an hour before he was subbed.
He is not the Messiah.
Reading this has made me more determined to get behind Caldwell, set of tworts.
Take a deep breath fellow tics, we are going over the top with all guns blazing.
The site name says it all
The East Stand should be closed if you ask me, they close it for certain cup games
No – the South Stand is sometimes closed – not the East. That’s where the bulk of our S/T holders are.
I hope you haven’t joined the “we’re not a big enough club for higher divisions” brigade? Why not just let Leeds and Wolves into the PL and close shop?
The managerial shenanigans have been a result of, not the cause of, our poor results.
Boardroom confusion? It was always planned that DW would step down.
Blame lies with one person!I try my best but I don’t think I can shoulder all the blame :(
What little there be next year smaller stadium required thats for sure with east stand being closedJust not true
I’m planning to be able to say I’ve done both Highburys in ten years :)
and for the grounds man sack him aswell does he know its been raining for last 2 weeks (water sprinkler)hahahahahah. The manager decides whether to water the pitch not the groundsman
bumpjust for Griff, I like him when he’s angry
Did you really trawl through posts three months old just to make that point?
I agree with one thing there.
It does sound stupid.
If Egg wants to go to watch his rugby team, while his football team are away, then that’s fine by me.
Does that mean if he’s not at the DW on Mon at 3pm there’ll be hell on?
What are you blethering on about? You really are getting boring now.
Egg is pretty quiet on this subject…wonder where he’ll be on Fri?Does it matter? Many of us aren’t travelling to Middlesbrough, but we don’t have to account to you what we will be doing instead.

Do you honestly expect him to?He was the one that suggested that was the reason for the low turnout. I’m just seeking clarification.
But there was the little matter of a European qualifier on ITV that will have been a bigger attraction than shelling out £20 to see a very one-sided contest.
You are correct in pointing that out. But there was the little matter of a European qualifier on ITV that will have been a bigger attraction than shelling out £20 to see a very one-sided contest.
Now, tell me what was the “alternative” on 24 Jan, or on 7 Feb. Or 24 Feb. Or 17 Mar?
But I thought it was a rugby town, Mutty? Surely rugby fans wouldn’t have stayed in to watch wendyball on TV when their team are playing a game, would they? That would only happen if football was more of an attraction than rugby.
I guess you and your clique will have that dilemma next season when an international clashes with a 3rd division fixture.
You haven’t answered the point of why die-hard rugby fans would stay at home to watch a wendyball international.
