Just a thought has anyone took into consideration kick off times for these matches I’m sure the russian game will be a afternoon kick off due to weather and others may have there times changed for tv coverage in there own countries just a thought like
Belgium game kicks off at 6pm British time, which I think is 7pm local.
KO times here. Note the footnote about Russia.

UEFA Europa league draw today as FA Cup winners we are in it thanks Bobby and thanks DW :)
By winning 7 matches -‘mostly against lower league opposition.
But the important thing is we won them.
If we proceed in the Europa League will you say “It was only some Slovenian team …”
By the way – if anyone is moaning about our trips look at what Spurs have:
Anzhi Makhachkala – also in the middle of nowhere in Russia (although they may play in Moscow)
Sherrif Tiraspol in that fun-loving Moldova, and
Tromso – 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle.
Waregem will play in Brugge

From Latics official site:
Coach travel packages will be available to Zulte Waregem and prices will be available later today, these packages will not be available for the away games against Rubin Kazan and NK Maribor with further information on these trips available later today.
That’s what I said ;)
Not up to UEFA standards.
They played their 2 other European games this season at Anderlecht’s ground in Brussels
They played the Champions League game against PSV, and the Europa League last round against Apoel at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium in Brussels – Anderlecht’s ground.
Apoel of Cyprus replace Fenerbahce

One good thing about Wikipedia is that there is some nerd somewhere who always wants to be first to post an update, so within minutes of final whistle we have an update of who is in which pot.
This afternoon’s games have been played and now we know a bit more, and I daresay that as soon as the final whistle blows we’ll know exactly who is in which pot. A damn sight faster than BBC or any other website.

Rubin Kazan, Dinamo Zagreb and Shakhter Karagandy anyone?
Under Martinez, there were a dozen Spanish speakers at Wigan, so there may not have been a great incentive to learn English. Martinez is certainly very articulate in English.
There used to be a rumour going round where I sit that the half time teamtalk was done in English then Spanish.
That is, in English to the Spanish speaking ones and Spanish to the English speaking ones
It was all part of RM’s master plan of speaking a common language or summat.
It also explained why the players often looked clueless in the first few minutes after the interval.
Now the players have a lecture spoken in Glaswegian, which the Jimmy Mcs aside, no one understands :woohoo:
To be fair we are building up our quota of Jimmy Macs though
At the risk of annoying Griff
why?
Why not? :P… or do you mean “in what way”?
If it is Tel Aviv that’s me out. I’ve got UAE visas in my passport :(
You can have ale on a plane :)
