We all know we won’t though neon.
TBF we lost midweek to Swansea before a certain cup game.
Famous 3 man kop? You mean you just stood on your own shouting crap?
21650. Mainly city fans. Plenty fighting.
Gotta pay barclays off somehow so they take us off that high risk list.
My mates kids st seats have been used despite him not buying them.
Luckily they not going as it a night game.
My great concern is this.
Say it all goes a bit ‘Hong Kong’ and he ends up leaving us in the deep doodah, and in danger.
Anybody who isn’t worried… You should be.
I share the same concerns as yourself on this one vat. And i’m not buying into this belief that if it all goes hong kong, then WAFC will become a supporters run club.
I hope i’m wrong, but i too am worried.
I’m surprised that no one has mentioned anything about the new owners coming in & changing the colours of our shirts or nicknames a la victor tan.
Red and white hoops?
F*** off
Obviously im a rugby fan so will defend the rugby is the devil arguments even if it is the goons who actually are the devil
Your right donny. Its the rugby teams fault for not playing at home since august and nothing to do with the weather and crap drainage at rochdale. The 14 home games (super league level) shouldnt have been played at wigan so the pitch could rest as 2 months and a new pitch wasnt enough. (Is it rest or less use it needs) The fact its on a swamp with no drainage and gas underneath is irrelevant. Its all the goons fault.
Its their fault the pitch was always crap at springy too. I bet they used to secretly train on it.
Happy to accept sponsorship from 188Bet and 12Bet though Vat?
Champs league winners 2022
The goons usually have the same time off the pitch as most football clubs would. Either a new one gets laid or it geta a good rest. How long you want it to rest for donny?
As a saints fan and a tics fan you wont find many who hate the goons more than me but they cant be blamed for the pitch. Not with any actual base to back it up anyway.
Ah sod it. Get the fat lodgers off our pitch.
The DW pitch is relaid every summer. Brand new. When the goons finish it’s in superb condition. When they start their season again its a mess. Cant blame them for that one horc.
No idea what goes on with the saints pitch egg. The drainage must be shocking.
And, Dave. They are amongst the richest business people in Asia, and that really is saying something.
If these guys are so rich, then they could easily afford to terminate the contract with the rugby and pay them the £20m or so compensation that may be due for buying out the remainder of a 50 year lease. That would be recouped with one season in the prem.
Similarly, if they are so rich and the pitch does hinder the progress up the league, then these guys are rich enough to move the football club to a purpose-built stadium that isnt below the water line, and that is full every week, as they wont want to have “their” club on TV in the far east playing to a 30% full stadium.
With DW, we knew what we were getting – an honourary Wiganer who loved the town, but these new owners have no affinity to the town, and could easily move their club to an area where there is a bigger fanbase.
Where would Wigan Athletic have a bigger fanbase?
Who says we would be wigan athletic? See mk.dons for example.
No criticism here. As you say, anticipating where the ball will go.is a talent. Ruud Van Nistelrooy at United barely scored from outside the box
No chance the goons will be going anywhere.
More chance if getting a proper pitch though.
There will be plenty there and like i said, if caught then the person who bought the tickets should be banned.
